Lucas tried to free himself. He can hear commotions outside of the room. He was blindfolded, so all he could see were darkness. He cannot make any direction to move and find anything he could use to cut the restraints that bind him immobile. He was too urgent to do what he thought he should do that he forgot to take a pause and think properly. He was almost about to give up in frustration when he suddenly heard a faint voice from somewhere in his surroundings.
"Please......" a faint voice came to his ear.
He paused and tried to get himself used to the darkness and find where the voice was coming from. It was too faint to make a guess.
