A MONTH LATER
I held Alya in my arms as I watched Thalia get ready.
I was taking her out for the night; it was our first night out since Alya was born.
Alya was sleeping on my chest as Rosalie walked in.
I smiled.
"Let me take her now," she said as she walked over to me. I moved Alya into position and handed her over to Alya. I could sense Thalia watching as Rosalie held Alya in her arms.
"I don't think we should…" said Thalia, but Rosalie cut her off. "No, you need a night off," she said. "You and Jace need a night off and to be together."
I didn't say anything, but I was happy to hear Rosalie say that.
Thalia and I have settled into parenthood well, but we haven't made much time for each other between running the pack and looking after Alya. We have probably only had s*x on
