I watched as Ayla ran around with the other children from the pack as I leaned further into my chair.
Today we are holding a BBQ at the pack as it has been the year's hottest day.
Everyone is here, including my sister and Bowen.
Ayla was running around chasing her cousins, Max and Sam. At the same time, the other children played in the sandpit.
I smiled at the sight.
I looked at our son, Ollie, who had fallen asleep in my arms.
I felt movement to my side as Freya and Rita took the chairs next to me. "Luna," they both said together.

"So, are we expecting more pups?" asked Freya with a smirk.
I couldn't help but frown. "I don't think so," I said. "But if Jace had his way, we would have another three."
