Seeing that we were actually becoming over dramatic, I decided to tease Henry a bit.
I wrinkled my nose playfully and made a face.
"You could use a shower, you know," i teased.
"You smell like sweat and dirt and...other things", I said playfully.
Henry laughed, throwing his head back in mock outrage.
"I do not!" he protested.
"I am a knight, a paragon of cleanliness and good hygiene!" He replied.
I rolled my eyes, but couldn't help but laugh along with him. It felt good to be able to joke around like this after all we had been through.
We somehow mastered a bit of strength to take a bath, so we took turns using the shower, finally feeling refreshed and clean after our rough experience.
As we toweled off and dressed, we talked about what we wanted to do next.
