LUKE’S POV
It was the second day Diana didn’t come to work, and I was pissed off because I didn’t know how I was supposed to handle those workers who preferred her to me.
Maybe it was her feminine touch, but I was still unable to figure out how she did it effortlessly. She had so much impact on them that they smiled excitedly each time they saw her. They gave her listening ears more than they could think of giving to me.
I was still trying to figure out what my plan was going to be after trying to reach Diana when I heard footsteps approaching from behind.
