ARIEL’S POV
Fred mentioned earlier that we were going to have an impromptu meeting with the CEO of the new company we were supposed to be working with. I didn’t have any choice but to prepare for the meeting since I was heading the project.
He instructed earlier that I prepare some documents that would map out the directives of how the project would be carried out to avoid having any kind of issue in the future.
We would have involved our legal representatives, but Fred said Charles told him that it wasn’t necessary since we weren’t working with a common fund.
By the time Charles arrived with the new CEO, I was still trying to go through the documents I had printed just to make sure that there were no mistakes.
