Chapter Forty-Six
During lunch, the women agreed to meet back at the pool when Tasha’s meeting had concluded.
“Good luck. Hope it goes well,” Julie said as Tasha got up from the lunch table to depart.
As she walked away, Tasha wondered how much the other woman knew or suspected. She again thought about where the listening device she'd found in her room came from and whether Kevin and Meg were responsible.
Stopping in her room, she retrieved Orkin, then walked to the next building and found the designated room.
Meg answered her knock and, in a friendly manner, invited her in. The room was set up with the same layout as Tasha and Julie’s but reversed. Kevin was sitting in the living room area and stood when she entered.
