It's been a week now, a week without Catalina. I can't describe the emptiness I feel in my heart, I didn't expect to be so attached to her that her absence would tumble my whole existence. I got information that she resumed working at the company and she's really trying her best at running it. There was also no sign of Pablo's men being anywhere around her new house. Now that I was sure she was happy and safe in her new place, I focused on the matter that has been tugging at me. I called for Gabriella to come into my office for a chat and now she sat across from me, waiting.
“Do you know why Catalina left?” I asked her.
“I'm afraid I don't,” she replied.
“I do. Olivia contacted her.”
I saw the look of shock register on her face. “Olivia? How did Olivia contact Catalina?”
