I shamelessly walked back home but I ran into the worst person. Rionna.

She burst out laughing immediately she set her eyes on me. She must be reminded of my embarrassment. Everyone probably thought he was going to help me up just like in movies but In the end he disgracefully ignored me.

“Are you going to stand there all days, Are you not going to help out? Mom scolded me as I stood helplessly beside the fridge.

I lazily walked over to her side and grabbed the cabbage with the kitchen knife.

I felt like i should just make some zebra signs with this sharp knife on his flawless skin .

“You should send some fruit to Rionna room, she asked for it” Mom muttered.

My expression worsened.

“I don’t want to go to her room, you can just send some instead” I frowned.

“She asked for you” She turned to my face.

My jaw slackened. why would that little brat want me?

I took some grapes and apples from the fridge before storming for her room. After the second knock I twisted the door knob and walked in. She was lying on her big sized bed busy with her phone.

“Look who I have here” she cracked pointing her phone directly to my face.

“Oh, it your maid who got disgraced today” A female voice came loudly from the other end. It sounds perfectly like Amal’s voice.

I dropped the tray and stormed out cussing her with every single drain of energy left in me.

She will never for once stop picking on me.

“Is something wrong? Mom finally noticed my mood.

“Mom I was embarrassed today” I finally spilt out my mind.

“Did you fall again? She asked the obvious. I frowned immediately, Why is that so easy to find out.

“I told you not to forget to tie your shoelaces, That’s why you keep falling” she added.

It not like I did it deliberately.

“Do you want to learn how to make some seaweed soup? She spun around.

“Seaweed soup? Is it someone birthday? My forehead furrowed.

“Do you forget Rionna’s mother birthday is tomorrow?

“Even the Halton would be coming over” She added shortly.

Haltons? That Ring a bell.

“By chance, Are you talking about Rionna’s fiancé family? I lean in with great anticipation and the next seconds she nodded.

I can’t believe that jerk will be coming over tomorrow.

I sighed heavily turning to my room.

“Where to? Mom voice stopped me.

“I need to catch some sleep” I rubbed my eyeballs.

“At this time? She glanced at the wall clock.

“You should go get some groceries” she suddenly draw out a list.

My eyes scanned through the list leaving me dumbstruck.

“Are they throwing a city party? I nearly yelled.

“The Haltons, They would be COMING” She reminded me the worst part.

I walked into the classroom and that was when I noticed everyone was surrounding my seat. I was terrified, Did something happened?

I took my feet and walked faster and boom, It was Ryan. He sat perfectly like a celebrity he is on my seat while everyone surrounded him bombing him with different questions.

I stood more than a minute but no one noticed. How on earth will I tell him to get out of my f*****g seat?!

“Ryan, Are you really getting engaged to our Rionna? Ruby questioned the obvious.

No matter how they pressed him with different questions, He never opened his mouth to answer one.

He only stayed mute.

So rude and arrogant. What do they like about him anyway?

“Just say a word please Ryan” one of the girl pleaded.

The door suddenly opened and the History teacher walked in.

Everyone hurried back to their seat, I was only left stranded because of the Rude Celebrity who refused to leave.

I watched him open his bag and drew out some few note and a pen which obviously worth a fortune. Wait, Did he think he found a place to settle?

“That’s my seat” I mumbled quite low as I moved closer to him.

He raised his head up at me and that was when our eyes met perfectly.

I could clearly access every inch of his face. His dark thick lashes, his aquiline nose that sat atop his pink faded lips. His strong chin that stood out.

His dark brown hair had been curled and perfectly styled which makes him look more stylish. Even His flawless skin makes me wonder if he was human or a god.

That sound.. It the sound of my own heart beat racing so fast than I can ever thought.

“Here? But I didn’t meet anyone here” He parted his lips gently and let out those words.

** I can’t believe he finally say a word** There were whispers around but I gently ignored that.

“It mine, Can you just get up? I rumbled.

“No, I can’t. I like it here” He mumbled relaxing his back and I suddenly got pissed off.

A perfect gentleman would gently slipped out of the seat for the owner.

“Why don’t you share the seat since it double decker” The History teacher finally put in.

I nearly collapse, share a seat with this rude jerk?

“Ma’am, Ryan can just share a seat with Rionna, she doesn’t have a partner as well” Amal butted in.

Yeah, He would prefer her than me.

“Ryan, what’s your take on this. Rionna or her? The teacher faced Ryan.

The whole classroom fell into total silence. He would definitely choose Rionna.

A minute had passed but he won’t respond, He left everyone hanging including the teacher.

“You.. The teacher pointed at me.

I doubt if she knew my name.

“You can just share a seat with Rionna” She added.

“But this is my seat, He should go seat with Rionna not me! My voice was getting louder and harsh.

I would rather die than sharing a seat with Rionna at the front row.

“Then you can just seat her with me” He finally spoke.

Everyone gasped.

Did he just offer me to seat with him? But this is mine in the first place.

Seeing that he wasn’t ready to give up the seat for me, I arrogantly sat beside him. Everyone’s surprised stare won’t leave us.

I could clearly see the tensed expression on Rionna’s face as well.

But why on earth will he choose to seat next to me??
