“Why would Ryan choose to seat next to you? Rionna rose furiously at front of the cafeteria.

“You should ask him that not me” I hummed adjusting my bag pack.

She suddenly roared with laughter but I couldn’t understand.

“You must be happy seeing people suddenly find interest in you” she added the worst part.

I was getting annoyed.

“Are you that jealous? I smirked.

She took a rude glance at me before storming into the cafeteria.

“It not like I slept with him or something” I rolled my eyes slightly.

“What if I do? She will probably got mad”

Seeing the school female idol getting jealous, it suddenly felt so great.

But why would she be jealous anyway? I had nothing that she have, And their engagement is Just in a month.

I ignored all the thought and shuffled my feet towards the cafeteria counter.

I took a close look at my wallet but I have just few notes left.

“Can you just take this back? Am so short of cash” i muttered to the waitress shorting my gaze.

That too embarrassing, Geez. I should have check before walking in.

“You should add that to my bill” A rude voice rang behind me.

“Her family is so poor, I guess they couldn’t afford her lunch” The female voice added.

I didn’t bother to reject her offer, I picked up my tray and walked towards my favorite seat, The plain seat near the tinted window.

I stared deliciously at the meal before me, Grabbing the fork I noticed someone sitting right next to me.

I was surprised since there was a Lot of empty seat, I spun on my seat and looked up at the person.

My jaw went hanging. I fell into a great shock, To my biggest surprise it was Ryan again.

“W-Why are you here? I stuttered staring at the rude brat.

His appearance must have caught everyone’s attention.

“Am I not obliged to seat beside my lonely partner? He raised up his brow.

“Partner? I nearly collapsed and also, am not lonely.

Why do I feel like he is going to cause me a lot of trouble.

“You can just sit somewhere else, probably because Rionna” i added instantly.

“Rionna? Who is that? His forehead furrowed.

I was more surprised, He doesn’t know who Rionna is?

Who in this school doesn’t know Rionna??

“Your fiancée of course” I muttered and his mouth formed an “ohh”

I was expecting him to get on his feet and walked over to Rionna’s who was so ready to tear me into pieces with her bare eyes but he won’t move an inch away from Me.

I nearly collapsed when he took some cabbage from my plate and ate it. He is going to kill me in this way, Did he forget who he is?

“Are you trying to kill me? I whispered.

“Is something wrong? He raised his brow up at me.

“Obviously! Why would you keep doing all this?

“I did nothing wrong” He responded immediately with a shrug.

That’s the biggest part. Seeing him talk to me when he totally ignored other people, it keep freaking me out.

Or am I his type? That’s not possible! There are a lot of pretty girls, I will be the least if he is to choose among thousands.

“You must be having a good time playing with me” I scoffed inwardly.

“Is it that obvious? He suddenly smirked letting down his fork.

“I think we should have our conservation outside” He added.

He must have notice the student hanging around us trying to sneak on our conservation.

“Why would you think I will want to have one with you?

“Am Ryan, Every girl is dying to have just a minute with me” He bragged.

He suddenly went silent.

“Am off” I packed up my bag ready to storm out.

“Should we give you an hard time? That would probably make your life more interesting “ His voice suddenly stopped me.

I couldn’t understand and was also surprised at the same time. Did I complain of feeling bored to him?

“My life should be none of your fuckin business” I gave him a bad glance before walking away angrily.

I stopped trying to caught my breathe. I nearly passed out with those few words I said to him but what does he mean by giving me a hard time? What’s more harder than this?!

I dumped myself on my seat, Everyone gaze won’t leave me.

Getting notice by people suddenly feels so uncomfortable. I was just an extra but I was suddenly transfer to the second lead. Rionna will always be the first female lead.

“I heard you were flirting with Ryan at the cafeteria” The blonde girl sat next to me.

I totally ignored her and drew out a book. My gaze stood firmly on the book but I never understood a thing.

Ryan popped in my mind again, I just can’t understand him. How did he knew I had a boring life? Is it that obvious?

“Rionna want to see you at the female restroom” Amal suddenly popped in front of me.

Without a second thought, I got on my feet and followed her.

I wonder the task she got for me this time. Buy her food? Clean her shoes?

Her expression showed trouble the moment I walked in. Her minions stood firmly behind her like they planned something.

A slap landed on my face before I could say a thing. I got glued on the same spot as I held my cheek. My ears ringing, my face stinging. I never saw that coming.

But it wasn’t the laughter I knew from her, it was a diabolical cackle.

“It like asking you why you throw your filthy self at Ryan! Her voice echoed through the room.
