Chapter Twelve Olivia

I got back to the main floor to see Elena standing there alone. I handed her a pair of my leggings and one of Lucas' hoodies. "The bathroom is behind you."

"Thank you." She said heading into the room.

She closed the door and I waited there leaning against the wall when Lucas came up behind me and snaked his arms around my waist. “What are you thinking?” He whispered to me.

“Well, I’m thinking about how attracted I am to her. I feel like she'd be a good fit for our relationship, but time will tell.” I whispered back.

"So, you want to do this?" He said kissing my neck. "I know our last experience was not a good one."

"I know. But last time, she wasn't a mate, she was just someone who used us. I honestly don't think Elena would do that. So, yes, I want to try this." I said turning around in his arms and kissing him hard on the lips.

Just then the door in the hall opened and Elena stepped out. I pulled away from Lucas's lips and turned around to look at her. Seeing how the hoodie was tight but not too tight and the leggings hugged her hips made my mind go blank. She was definitely a little on the thicker side, which to me was more beautiful than someone who was skin and bones.

Lucas whistled at her and she blushed.

She shrugged, "It's just leggings and a hoodie guys."

“And? I think you look hot in our clothes!” I said winking at her.

“Can you stop staring at me like you want to rip my clothes off!” She protested.

We all laughed and Lucas stepped toward her and asked, “Can I hug you?"

She smiled and nodded her head yes. He wrapped her in one of his amazing hugs and whispered something in her ear which made her face turn bright red. He let her go, walked back over to me, and kissed me.

“None of the Omegas are awake yet, I pulled the car out and started it already but you take this sweet thing home before I do end up ripping her clothes off!” With this, he left us standing there.

I looked at Elena and shrugged. “He can be a bit overwhelming!” I laughed.

“No joke. But I think I work with it!” She said smiling.

I grabbed her hand and lead her through the front door and to the car. Just the contact from holding her hand was enough to make me want more.

We arrived at her house and she took off her seatbelt “Thank you for the clothes and the ride!”

“No problem! Hey before you go what did our big bad Alpha whisper to you??” I said as I put the car in park.

She blushed thinking about it, “he said he can’t wait to have me and you in his bed!” She said shyly.

“Well, I can’t wait either!” I smiled. I grabbed her hand and squeezed it.

I made eye contact for a few moments, gazing into her hazel eyes. Then I shifted my gaze to her plump lips.

I turned toward her and leaned closer. I slowly inched closer until our lips were almost touching. Before I could think, I whispered against her lips, “Can I kiss you?”

“Yes,” she said breathlessly.

And with that, I kissed her softly on the lips. She pressed back a little harder. I could feel the heat spreading all over my body. As we kept kissing the heat became too much and I wanted to be out of these tight clothes.

Without thinking I pulled her over to me and she straddled my lap. She moaned softly and I slipped my tongue in her mouth.

After a few more moments I stopped and laughed. I nuzzled my face in her neck and took a deep breath which did little to calm the fire burning in me. “If we don’t stop now, I’m going to take you back to my house and the Alpha will have us both in his bed tonight!”

She sighed, “I’d love to come back with you but... I….” She stammered. She paused to get her thoughts together and then continued. “ I keep saying I want to process everything but who am I kidding, I don’t know if I can stay away long enough because just a simple kiss makes me want to rip your clothes off.”

“All in good time little flower! I want you to be one hundred percent ready for this.” I said pulling my face from her neck.

She made eye contact with me again, "Physically, I am more than ready for this," as she grabbed a handful of my hair, pulled my head to the side gently, and trailed kisses on my neck.

I was shocked by her surge in confidence. A soft moan escaped my lips and Elena stopped, "Mentally and emotionally is where I need time. I want to be able to give you and Lucas both equal attention and not leave the other out.

"It is something we will all have to figure out. Especially because Lucas and I have been together for 18 years. Now I'm saying this for both your sake and mine, Get the hell out of this car before no one can process anything!" I opened the door and helped her slide off my lap and out of the car.

She was about to walk away when she turned and looked at me, “Can I have your number?”

“Sure, let me write it down,” I said before digging around for a pen.

Once I found it, I opened the glove box and pulled a napkin out. I quickly wrote my number and Lucas’ number down. “There ya go!”

“Thanks, Liv, I’ll text you. Good night." She said softly.

“Good night Little flower. I’ll see you soon!” I pulled the car door closed and watched until she walked in the front door.

I sat there for a few moments, reeling about what we’d just shared. I felt a mixture of emotions. I was so excited but I also felt a tinge of guilt. Would Lucas be upset that I’d kissed her first, without him there?

I pulled away from Elena’s house and drove home quickly. I got the car back in the garage and went to find Lucas.

I found him sitting in his office, when I burst in the door he looked up and smiled. “Hey, baby. How was the drive?”

“I mean you can probably smell how it went!” I sighed sitting on his lap.

“I sure can, and it’s a beautiful smell!” He winked at me

“You knew this would happen, didn’t you?” I said shooting him an evil look.

“I figured it would happen. That’s why I had you drive her home and not me. You know I can’t control myself as good as you can, women!” He said standing up as he lifted me with him. I wrapped my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck and he carried me to our bed.
