Broken Down

Alisha was asked by her boyfriend's little cousins to go swimming. So she got ready and got everything she'd need for the kids. She wore her favorite bikini underneath her clothes ready to dip herself into the water. As she waited for the kids to get ready she sat there listening to her music. The kids came out excited and ready. She was just happy to be away from her boyfriend and have a day off of work. Between working nightshift and overtime she never got to have time to herself she didn't mind taking the kids swimming she adored these kids. They made her smile and laugh every second they had spent together. As they walked to the pool she continued listening to her music. When they got there she paid for them all and went into the girls shower/changing room and everyone got ready to get into the pool. As she stepped out that's when she saw him. 6' foot tall blonde country boy ocean blue eyes and a smile that could give you butterflies. They exchanged looks and smiled. All that day they spent moments smiling at one another a few times he had watched her jump off the diving board. By the end of the day they had become friends. A few months go by. Her and her boyfriend are with a few friends at a small town fair just walking around having fun. She's just ready to go back home as she's not enjoying herself at all. But then she see him. The man who had caught her attention and has been stuck on her mind. Yes it might've been wrong due to her current relationship status. But her boyfriend was controlling toxic and abusive. So she pulled her boyfriend with her and introduced them to each other and they all hit it off as friends. The whole time as they got to know one another at the fair she laughed and enjoyed herself. She invited him to hang out smoking some pretty flower or drink. Of course he laughs and says he's in. Later that night he came over and they all had fun at her boyfriend's mom's house where she had lived with him. She had been saving up for a place for them to move into but he had no clue. About a month later. It's easter morning and she had only gotten 2 hours of sleep. She woke up to see mother nature had hit her and she was flowing very heavily as well. Her boyfriend wasn't in a very good mood due to this. As she sat there trying to wake up and bare with the pain he started yelling at her and throwing things at her. She had finally had enough and started yelling at him. As they fought his teenage little sister was recording the whole thing in her room sending it to their mother. Thirty minutes later she gets a call from their mother saying she needs to pack up and leave. So now she's homeless staying on someone's couch cleaning their house to keep the roof over her head. She contacts mister ocean blue eyes in hope to cheer her up. They have been hanging out for a while now and have become really close friends. She introduced him to her family they all hung out having fun that's when she noticed that she has had feelings for him this whole time. But was scared to say anything because of all the pain she's already been through. As she fought against herself for months she ended up giving in and falling for him. She had finally gotten a place due to her brother. They had gone to one of their mutual friends'birthday parties together. That's when she finally confessed her feelings. He had said he felt the same way and they started dating that day. As time went by. As the time went by they were hanging out even more he would stay days at her house. Then one day he randomly stated they should go on a walk and their friend came along with them. A few miles down the road he got down on one knee and proposed to her. She cried and said yes as the friend recorded the whole moment. They went home and she was as Happy as could be. About a week after she was at her grandmother's about a 6 mile walk. She had headed home when she entered the door he had been there and has moved in without a word of discussion of this. She was fine with it since they were engaged. That's when things took a turn. He'd grope her saying it's her fault calling her a s*x addict. He'd tell everyone it was her who wanted s*x all the time yet it was him starting everything. One day he had gone ballistic and held her in a choke hold until she turned purple she screamed and cried for help as everyone watched they laughed like it was some kind of joke. Trying to convince. At this point he had been trying to get her pregnant and would also punch her in the stomach. She kept telling him he couldn't hit her in the stomach if he was wanting to start a Family together. He'd always throw in her face how it took years to get his ex pregnant and laugh. He started only wanting s*x then wanting space. So he'd use her up then send her to the couch. He would hang out with other women including his ex's. one day she took him to meet her grandmother her father and a few cousins. Instead of enjoying himself he was on his phone making plans with an ex. He pulled her out of the apartment and told her he was going out with her that night to some rodeo. She has gotten upset at how he completely disrespected her and made this plan behind her back. She said her farewells to her family as they argued the whole walk back for 6 miles. Once they got home his ex and his brother was there and apparently his brother was going with them to this rodeo. So she calmed down but then his brother left and it turned out to be a cover up. She started feeling hurt broken and unwanted. As she tried to speak up about how she felt they would just call her controlling and toxic. He left with his ex and was gone for hours. That's when she started going manic and blacked out. Apparently he had come back while she was blacked out and she had shoved him and yelled at his ex. He left yet again with his ex. When she came back out of her black out it was 3 in the morning he was still gone with his ex. She laid there crying on the couch waiting for him to come home. Instead of coming home he went next door to her brothers. She marched over there and begged and pleaded with him to come home and stated they needed to sit and talk like adults. He wasn't having it. He told her to go back home as did her own brother. She turned and walked back home crying and laid back down on the couch. Space apart The next morning he asked her for space so she went to stay with a few friends for a couple of days. They told her she needed to go home Friday and she informed him of that. He wasn't pleased one bit and said they needed to break up. Her brother gave him the house. They also burnt all her belongings together. She stayed with her friends for about a month. Homeless and heartbroken they drank a lot. She started falling ill they thought it was all the alcohol and she was getting alcohol poisoning. So they took her to the hospital.
