Lacy’s POV
I open my eyes and realize I’m lying on the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on, my head surrounded by the fluffiest of pillows. In my morning daze, it takes me a moment to orient myself. My mind eventually catches up, reminding me of the events of yesterday that transpired.
Jake was most welcoming yesterday, and it was nice to see Chloe, Kyle, and Tyler as well. Dinner with all of them felt like I was having dinner with old friends, even though I’ve barely met them all.
