The school bell rang signaling the end of the day. As soon as the teacher went out, many of my classmates were already on their way out of the classroom. I stayed seated as I fixed my things inside my bag.
I was stopped when someone tapped me on the shoulder.
“Ohno-san, do you have a minute?” It was Ichinose. Rather, Alexei as he likes to be called. Nodding my head, I closed my bag and stood up. “Yes?”
He smiled. “Can we walk home together or are you going by car?”
“It’s fine. I can walk with you,” I replied.
“Great! Let’s go then?” He asked cheerfully. I simply nodded my head as I grabbed my bag. Together we went down to the locker area, changed our shoes, and went our way out of the school grounds. The walk
