CHAPTER TWENTY-FIVE
Sara and George settled in quite comfortably at her parents’ house. Any fears they might have had came to nothing. Sara contemplated the fact that again, probably the horror they had been subjected to over the last few weeks had made this situation so easy. She couldn’t have moved back home complete with new boyfriend in tow – one whom her parents hardly even knew – under any other circumstances. Once more, she found herself thinking that, yet again, Christian had in a way caused this situation. What he set out to do had resulted in a completely opposite outcome. She had survived. Her parents loved George. They were all staying under one roof and all happy to be doing so.
Sara’s mum delighted in having to cook for lots of people and her dad enjoyed not being outnumber
