Chapter 29

1103 Words

CHAPTER TWENTY-NINE George and Sara checked in for their flight at London Heathrow. Ruth and Alan were there waving them off, even though Sara had told them there was no need for them to come. They both looked behind them before heading to security. They stopped and waved enthusiastically at Sara’s parents who were beaming as if she had just come on stage in her first nativity play. Once through security, George and Sara walked hand in hand and felt the furthest away from their troubles that they had done since it all started. They were free to be out and stroll along or sit in a restaurant or a bar and not have to look over their shoulders. If there was one place they were safe it was in an airport. Sara pondered how they were completely safe now. Christian was behind bars as was Savic.
