Lola’s heart skipped a beat. She stared at the interviewer and asked, “Can you tell me why I don’t meet your requirement?”
The man reviewed the resume and stammered, “You… you’ve never worked after graduation. We're looking for someone with at least three years of working experience.”
That sounds reasonable. Lola nodded calmly and walked out of the meeting room. Standing in front of the window, she took a deep breath. She had never thought she couldn’t even find a job. If things went on like this, she couldn’t get into the business to compete with Dani at all, let alone c***k her down. After successive blows, her confidence began to waver.
