Charlie’s face turned grim when he lifted his head and saw the ironic look on Bob's face. "Bob, I’m not leaving Suttona forever. I’ll be back two years later. Why are you so cheerful?" With that, he revealed a sinister smile. "Do you think you guys can take my place simply because Grandpa let you work in the company? You’re so naïve! He would lack helper without me around, so he had to ask you to join him, but there’s no way he’ll let you guys take over the company."
Bob's face stiffened when he heard that. He knew that Charlie was not lying. Although he was Bruce’s favorite grandson among the latter’s daughters’ sons, he couldn’t be compared to Charlie, whose father was that old man’s only son.
