PURE SOUL

SOLITARY EXPEDITION.

The bewildered Farah was looking blankly at Prince as he is not able to figure out what the Prince is doing.

Your highness! I am not understanding what you wish to do , , though I have no right to interfere with your decisions, please let me know why are you in my clothes? and why are you asking me to change into yours?

"My dear Highness Farah" Mocked the prince as he got angry upon his friend's address.

Please as my friend , do understand my difficulty

I do not want to search my princess with all these troops, I want to find a girl who will love me as I am and not the prince, and I want a true kind hearted girl who will treat the people in the kingdom with kindness and equally and if I go in front of people as a Prince, I would never know whether they are true or just putting an act in front of me! So I please ask you too take my place as the prince till I return with my beloved and help me!

Farah was first shocked at what the prince has asked but understood his friend's feelings well,

But still bewildered Farah asked the prince "If anyone finds out? " The prince laughed to this and questioned, did anyone apart from you see my face in these troops? They just know me by my clothes and my physique as everytime I come out of the palace, the royals have the habit of wearing their crowns which covers all parts of thir face until their neck except their eyes, the crown had mesh like structure mad of metal to ward off surprised attacks by arrows.

The prince used this factor and made this plan.

After a quarter time of argument, Farah decided to do as the prince suggested.

The prince left the troop on his friend's and started to go to South of his Kingdom. After coming out of the forest, Prince left to a nearby village and rested there in a sathram near a temple for the night. Back in those days, these "sathram" s used to exist in each village, for traveller's stay. Due to lack of transportation, people needed to travel for a lot of days and had to stop by , at places at night to have some rest and they, the sathras used to be free in their kingdom. The subedars used to take care of it's matters. The Prince ate the food he got along with him and slept for the night thinking of what the day will offer him as the sun rises.

In the evening as Yug came home, his mother was waiting for him to pick up him from the bus-station, on seeing his mom, Yug jumped in to her arms. This was the first time Yug was away from her mother for this long time,although Yug goes out to play with e old tree, or with his other friends at home, he returns home after two to three hours, but today it has been six hours straight without his mom.

Yug's father is an architect so he has to travel a lot and return home twice a week and sometimes twice a month based on his work schedule. This made Yug a little aloof from his father and have a great bond with his mother meanwhile.

On the way to his home, Yug told his mom what all happened at school , and also told the fact that he did not utter anything about the old tree, upon hearing this his mom sighed with relief, since morning she was worried whether Yug would speak the same about the old tree to his friends lest they think Yug is crazy. She took him to a candy store on the way home and bought his favorite chocolates for his good behaviour saying to continue the same in the future. Yug was a little sad about his mom's gesture, but remained quiet.

In the evening , Yug went out to play with his friends, but wanted to go and meet the old tree longingly. He knew his mom would be upset if she finds out, so he stopped his desirous compelling and returned home without meeting the old tree. The day went a little depressing for the young boy without his friend.

At dawn, The Prince woke up and wanted to tour the village, he set on his journey on foot leaving his horse at the inn.In those times, the temples used to offer food daily as almsgiving, so the people at inn used to feed there. After an hour of the loitering around the village, The Prince felt hungry and went to the temple to have food. In the temple, at that time The Priest was preaching to his disciples about different worlds , the prince was intrigued and wanted to learn more about it. After the priest finished his lesson to his disciples, the students dispersed , then the Prince went to the priest to ask about the diverse worlds. The priest upon seeing the Prince smiled and uttered " Welcome Prince!! I knew you would come , but not this early. Tell me what you want to hear".

The Prince was astonished and then smiled knowing that the great gurus know everything in this world, he calmly bowed to the priest and greeted him . "Dear guruji, by what means can you say that I am the Prince? "

The guru laughed and told, your clothes and your looks cannot deceive me of your humble face and the Royal stature!

The Prince sat down and asked the priest about the matter that intrigued him, and asked him if it exists really! The priest searched in his old cloth bag and took out a manuscript and handed it to the Prince and told, None knows if it is the truth or not but we believe it is , as our age old manuscripts say so.He goes on saying that the manuscript says there is an actual other universe running parallel in time with our universe and there is a portal between these both universes.
