Chapter 9: Private Jet secrets

Henry walked back briskly to me and stood in my face like he was going to hit me and suddenly he began to laugh

"n****r u got balls and that s**t is what I like about u. Well like u said, may the best man win" he patted me on the shoulder and left

I grew a feeling of dislike for Henry immediately not only as my rival.

I really dislike it when people try to bully me

I began to get an emotional instability and I grabbed my headset and quickly tuned to a mustard ft Roddy Rich song, balling to calm my nerves.

After the song played to the end , an Ed Sheeran ft Chance the rapper song, Cross me followed suit

The song lightened me up.

I grabbed my luggage and went inside the airport

Our head teacher showed us where to sit down and with the help of some security officers our bags were moved to where it was scanned and after a while it was returned to us with some custom visas.

We were led through the departure gate to the plane

The private jet was a monster four engine big bird with a huge inscription of "CORPORATE PROPERTY OF BRIGHT FUTURE SCHOOLS" on it

We boarded the plane and with our seat number we fitted our luggage in the cabinet above our seats.

The pilot was playing a D.A.X song, Dear God over the speaker

I loved the song and I managed to Shazam it before it was paused as the air hostess wanted to address us.

According to the air hostess Florida was just a couple of hours away.

My seat was near the window.

I don't know how it happened but Jennifer's seat was right next to mine

I stretched my neck to find Jeremy but it was kinda hard first, Dem seats were f**king high

Rather I saw Dera and she was seating next to Jeremy

"What the f**k?" I mumbled as I was kinda jealous.

"Hey what's up? What's wrong" Jennifer asked as she noticed how unhappy I was

"It's nothing" I lied

"You are not serious, why the sudden change of mood? Did something happen?" She asked trying to force out an answer from me.

" It's nothing, just some mood swings" I lied again

"Hmm that's kinda weird, you've never had a mood swing before "

I laughed at about how much she really knew about me.

I was kinda tired so I wore my headset which was playing a koffee song, toast

Jennifer got a lil' bit pissed and she pulled the headset away and began to scold me for being rude

And I apologized to her

She accepted the apology and soon we engaged in a chat

Jennifer and I started from jokes and began to engage in serious conversation and we confided all our secrets to each other

From our discussion,

Jennifer confided in me that she had serious emotional instability and she normally had Panics or seizures if not properly handled

Her dad owned an Emp plant in the US and this kinda explained y she was really rich.

She also had a sibling, an older brother who lived in Cuba.

We continued to discuss till Jennifer complained she was tired and felt sleepy

I brought out my phone and plugged in my earpiece

I tuned to a song I downloaded new, loyal by party next door ft Drake and bad bunny and gave her one piece of earphone

She rested her head on my shoulder and soon she dozed.

I was about to sleep off too before I got an encrypted message from Dera

"MEET AT THE REST ROOM, IN 5 MINUTES. GOT A SURPRISE FOR U "
