Ruthless Battle

As Apollo, which was the sword that was held firmly in Mich Son's hand started to glow with golden light the blood on his body suddenly evaporated into thin air. The glow then slowly started to move from the frame of the sword, to spread all over the weak general's body, making his body look like a gold star.

The bottom of the basin was very dark but within an instant, it was flooded with a bright golden light that shined in every corner of the deep basin. Though Mich Son was now a Mortal human, he could feel an overwhelming battle power surging in his veins, this battle power that he was feeling was unimaginable and explainable by him. The ground shook and vibrated none stop, the winds in the air raged excitedly as the pure Qi in heaven and earth got even purer than was it used to be.

"Th... This power" mumbled Mich Son as he flexed his muscles which now had a warm feeling. As the golden lights covered his bad, the pain that he was previously feeling was slowly washed away

"This isn't anything special, your body though weak is still manageable and could only manage twenty percent of my power, as of this moment you're only feeling ten" as the last few words left Apollo's month, general Mich Son was shocked to the limits.

The battle powers that he was feeling were that of the ninth level of the general realm but it was only ten percent of Apollo's true power, how unimaginable was that and his body could only manage twenty percent the most.

"Well let's get out of here shall we"

Chuckled Apolo with a bashful and arrogant face, a golden aura burst out of Mich Son's body as the air around him rippled and collapsed, with just a thought, he shot up towards the mouth of the basin with a speed that was unthinkable by him. Within a mere few breaths of time, he exited the four hundred meter basin, leaving only cracks marks behind him, as he exited, he waved the great sword outwards, send out a golden beam of light that was filled with battle energy shooting towards Odain Grayson. The golden beam of light contained an aura of death and also destruction, it bombarded the atmosphere as it charged forward, as it got within a hundred-meter radius of the Sky Empire's General, it transforms into a roaring golden Phoenix that burned the atmosphere.

Odain Grayson was taken aback by the sudden change of events, with the aid of order flame's powers, his reflex skills were amplified to their highest degree. Lord flame could sense the brutality of the gold Phoenix from a great distance away, he then roared and released a massive wave of flame that also destroyed the atmosphere and sent it flying towards the Phoenix. "get ready Grayson, we have a great battle on our hands" lord flame knew that, though the Phoenix was great it was still just a casual attack by its master, his eyes were completely glued on Mich Son's body.

"BOOM HYYYYAAAHHH"

The huge wave of profound flame collided with the Phoenix's body and a loud explosion could be heard off in the distance, shock waves after shock waves of golden and purple flames burned the atmosphere ruthlessly. The Phoenix was on high level summon and was created by Apollo's overbearing might, as it's body collided with the flame, it released a loud cry as it's body exploded with a golden flame. The golden flame had a strong will for destruction and quickly destroyed the flames of the dragon, this sight left the dragon stunned and speechless.

Mich Son was floating in midair as he watches the proceedings of the ongoing attacks by the Phoenix. When suddenly his attention was drawn by a black beam of dark energy that was heading in his direction, ripples after ripples of energy could be seen with the beam of light as if it contained a will of destruction that was unstoppable by even the heavens.

This beam of dark light wasn't the destruction technique but a sub ability of the skillset itself, as the beam of light drew nearer, Mich Son waved Apollo downwards, creating a rotating shield around himself. This shield was made of pure gold Qi, as it was created, the pressure in the area went crazy, the beam of light then made an impact with the gold shield and heaven and earth was thrown into chaos. All of this took a long while to explain but happen within the blink of an eye.

"BOOM"

The golden shield was pushed back a hundred meters in the air, the ground shook and broke apart as the shock wave created by the impact was too great for it to handle. The golden shield held firm, not a single mark could be seen on its surface, this made on exciting expression creep up on Mich Son's face. Odain Grayson too become even more excited as he too wanted to test the full battle powers of the dragon and the sixth mountain and fight to his very limits, Mich Son also had the very same idea as well, he also wanted to know how strong was twenty percent of Apollo's power was. Just thinking about the overwhelming powers that they were wheeling got their blood's boiling, never in their lives had they experience something this exciting, powerful, and dangerous at the same time.

The atmosphere burned and burned till there could be felt no air in the atmosphere, the golden Phoenix and Lord Flame was locked in a bloody battle to the death. Pure Qi, along with purple and gold flames burned the skies like on apocalypse roars and cries were mixed into one as all sounds were drowned out, the sight of it all was truly one to be fearful of, the battlefield was painted with a paintbrush of death and the paint was blood and the canvas was destruction.

The golden shield that was rotating around Mich Son shook and was sucked inside his body, after a few breaths of time, a golden armor could be seen. The armor was made out of pure gold metal, from head to toe the Green Field General was adorned by gold armor, his aura then changed to that of an ancient being looking down on all weak things, on the chest plate of the armor was a black circle with a red star in the middle, this red star was rotating in place as an incredible battle enemy burst forth. His appearance was truly one that resembled a hero defending his nation.

"Finally, for the first time, something that I can look forward to, haha" chuckled Odain Grayson while looking at the golden warrior with bloodshot eyes.

The purple and blood great sword in his hand burst forth with a black light which engulfed his entire body, the sight was so black, that not even a single ray of sunlight could penetrate it. Within mere moments, the pitch-black light transformed the body of Odain Grayson into a black armor with spikes sticking out of the shoulders; in his left hand was a purple shield with spikes also sticking out. His aura carried an air of death as the air around him rippled none stop, on the chest his back armor was the word 'sixth' written in a deep purple color.

"This is getting fun" joked Apollo, he too was getting excited about the battle at hand, for though he knew he was powerful, he didn't know how power. As the sun raised high in the sky, the morning was turning into evening, but from morning to evening only chaos reigned and numerous world defying events took place.

"Apollo, are you ready,?" asked Mich Son with a serious expression

"As ready as I'll ever be" he stated

"Well good" replied Mich Son in a deep voice, "but first let me give you a little boost".

As Apollo finish speaking, an illusionary arm that was gold in color attached itself to Mich Son's left shoulder, thus becoming his new left arm. It looked just like his normal arm but only illusionary.

"This is the best I can do for you," he said, but the old general just laugh and shook his head

"This is fine, it's much better than having no arms right"

"It sure is"

Mich Son waved his illusionary arm backward, sending a piece of gold paper shooting towards the now unstable and c***k in more place than one shield of the Greenfield Empire. The shield was on the verge of collapsing due to the intense pressure and shock waves that were being released by the two deadly forces which were the dragon and Phoenix. The shield had huge c***k marks and holes in it and its source of energy could only cough up mouth full’s of blood as he tried his very best to channel pure Qi into it.

The piece of gold paper suddenly hit the damaged shield and a burst of bright light could be seen, the pure Qi in heaven and earth went into frenzied chaos as it rushed towards it from all corners of the battlefield.
