Who Amongst you was the shocking question of the headmaster as he looked out at the crowds of young martial cultivators before him? Everything went silent, no one spoke and for a second event, the blowing of the wind went silent. Who Amongst you was the shocking thunder that vibrated across the mountain top, who amongst you?

"Haha, I Amongst them shall defeat him"

A burst of thunderous laughter sounded out as the headmaster finished speaking, it sounded like a mad crazy laugh that wanted to uproot all. The sounds of it held the desire to fight, the will to do battle for all time. Kan Shar laughed like a crazy man while looking at the Qin long, in his eyes the world was nothing, in his eyes he was the only heaven and the only earth, without him all would lose it's meaning.

"Never, I will never give up"

Was the shout of a young man with a murderous air around him. In his eyes could also be seen an equal will to do battle but he wasn't as arrogant as Kan Shar. Nix once again took another step forward towards the headmaster while looking at Jia Lin. "Haha, these young ones I tell you. Very good, one must always possess a will to do battle even if their opponent his much stronger than them. Only so can one grow to new heights" Qin long laughed out loud as he waved his hand forward.

The ground suddenly started to tremble as blinding white lights shot out of the ground to surround all 400 participants and also Jia Lin. When he was added, he made 401, as the ground trembled the blinding lights got even more intense. A dozen breaths of time soon passed by and soon the blinding light suddenly started to fade away, around the bodies of the 401 young martial cultivators, a milky glow could be seen around their bodies as if acting as some sort of shield. The milky glow gave off a shocking aura of indestructibility, it was as if even if the milky glow was hit by a mountain it would not fall apart and would forever protect those under its watchful eyes.

"This is the milky way shield, it is a type of protective formation created by the sword formation faction in the Flying Sword Sect. It is to protect you in the upcoming battle and its functions are pretty simple". Qin long shouted while in his eyes alight as sharp as a killer sword could be seen, if one looked close enough, they could see a hidden blue sword within his right eye, the sight of this sword was extremely shocking and frightening. His aura surged as the milky way shield grew brighter and brighter and as it did, all the elders instantly disappeared with the wave of elder Wong Gi's left hand.

"This is how things shall go. The combat test will start right now and all 401 participants will battle for a spot in the school. Great battles are fought on the continent by just the flipping of a hand, one must get used to the battlefield thus your combat experience will be tested in this way"

Qin long and the rest of the elders appeared within the third section of the four forms field when the head master's voice entered into the ears of everyone present, all were shocked speechless. Jia Lin frown, "Interesting," he thought while looking out, "Things really have changed since my time of the martial world" in his chest area, a hardball of fur was endlessly moving around as if it wanted to come out. It was as if this ball of pitch black fur could sense the thick atmosphere of battle and wanted to take part, this black ball of iron fur was none other than Little demon who was as small as a little ball in Jia Lin's robes.

"Hey, you stay right there. If you come out I will eat you alive" said Jia Lin in his mind to Little demon.

"One day I'm going to bit you so hard you going to forget your name" murmured Little demon as he stops moving.

"Yeah Yeah" chuckled Jia Lin while patting his chest area.

"The milky way shield will act as your live-saving treasure. Meaning, if when you are attacked and the level of the attack is enough to kill you, the milky way shield will take that attack and turn it into a painful experience for you" the headmaster laughed with a big smile on his face, the rest of the elders only watched with anticipation in their eyes while looking at their new disciples. "The pain will go straight to your heads were you will fall unconscious and from there you will be telephoned out. I'm guessing that more than half of you will fall but that doesn't matter, what matters is how you go about doing what you do, the battle experience is what I'm looking for. Though some of you might have a small number of experiences, it doesn't matter, you may get chosen after the battle as ended, use whatever means you have to"

"Kill" this was the only thought that flashed into Nix's mind while listening to the headmaster. Yin looked at Nix as if she knew what he was thinking and smiled warmly, she truly liked this new disciple of hers.

"I will destroy all" Kan Shar roared while looking at Jia Lin, his facial expression was twisted with madness.

"Sigh" though Zin Len knew what she had to do, she didn't want to go through with it. After all, there were commoners amongst her here but in order to make it into the school, she had to do what she had to. "Master you can count on me" she shouted.

A large smile creep up on Jan's face, "You hear that Wong Gi, let's see what your little monster cob can do haha"

"He will clean this field" laughed Wong Gi towards Jan, seeing and hearing this, caused Jan to stop laughing and started to think about how well his disciple will do.

Headmaster Qin Long's voice sounded out again, "You have two hours, let the test begin"

In the field, Jia Lin was the only person who was in the Earth Realm. To him, he felt that this was unfair to any of these persons and even if he won, it won't be a fair fight. He sighed while shaking his head when suddenly the air in front of him twisted and a person could be seen walking towards him with a straight face, it was Hang Zhou who had used his aura to lock onto Jia Lin's body the first day in the martial house when he came to join. He was the person that was in the middle black door practicing while Jia Lin was talking to Fen Gu.

In the past, Hang Zhou's cultivation base was at the 9 levels of the Saint realm but now unexpectedly his cultivation bags had sky rocked. The strong energy undulations around his body showed that he has stepped into the Earth Realm along with Jia Lin.

"It's you," said Jia Lin feeling surprised, he started laughing as if he finally got what he wanted. A match to truly test his strength, "You know I was going to come to search for you when I enter the school even if you hadn't come to find me you know" he chuckled aloud.

"There's no need," said Hang Zhou. "After elder, Wong asked me to come and test out his disciple for him, how could I, Hang Zhou refused him haha. But what a surprise it's was you haha" Hang Zhou laughed hearty laughter. One could tell that he was as equally surprised as Jia Lin was, "Now let's fight"

Wong Gi waved his hand once more as Hang Zhou and Jia Lin disappeared. Headmaster Qin long pointed towards the four forms field and the second section instantly opened, inside could be seen, Jia Lin and Hang Zhou.

The air around hang Zhou's body twisted as he performed a double hand sign, the ground trembled intensely as he pointed out.

"Crumbling Earth"

Shocking profound Qi blasted out towards Jia Lin at high speed, the ground beneath his feet instantly shattered into pieces as large rocks were sent flying everywhere. Jia Lin jump backward but the earth continued to shatter, he was shocked, this was the first time seeing such a deadly attack from someone so young. The mists were Jia Lin's profound Qi, without it he had nothing. But the mists only gave him the sword style that he hadn't mastered yet nor had he even started to practice the movement skill celestial steps.

The legacies were also sealed away.

The abilities he had were limited and it only occurred to him now. But even so, he smiled none stopped while retreating, the ring an his figure flashed with a green light as the leveling earth sword was taken out. Black mists surged towards the sword, shocking Jia Lin in the process, "What's this" he thought, the mists entered the sword and turned it pitch black in color with endless black mists rising up off of it.
