As of this moment, Jia Lin was at the fifth level of the Saint Realm, within his blood, pure yin Qi energy was following like an endless stream. His body gave off an aura of endless frost, in his eyes could be seen a coldness that was never there before, though he had made a breakthrough at the point of almost dying, he didn't show any signs of being happy, only a stronger and more determined look flashed past his eyes.
It was the next day after the alarming increase within the Mystic forest, some of the trees in the area had suddenly died overnight, while various areas within the forest were still frozen in ice, even though the sun was out. The frightening powers of the yin Qi energy inside the Mystic forest was truly frightening to the extreme. Jia Lin was back at his treehouse, using his dagger to chip off some ice that was on his rooftop, his meat and buns were still inside and he was feeling a little hungry, well a lot hungry, after coming to this world and started training, to actually faced death so early, really left him very hungry.
After half an hour of chipping away at the ice, Jia Lin was finally able to get into the treehouse, inside, his meat and buns were still inside his bag but what was surprising was that they had not frozen. Seeing this, Jia Lin was shocked, the wall of the treehouse, as well as the roof, was frozen but not his bag.
"Just what kind of thing is this," he thought while looking at the bag which looked normal as before.
"Maybe it's some type of special food bag or something" Jia Lin reached out and grabbed the bag, he then opens it and found that his meats and buns were all fine, all safe and sound
"This just gets weird and weirder, I've got to go ask that Fen Gou about this"
After eating something, Jia Lin went down the tree house and started to inspect his surroundings, the forest was somewhat a frozen mess filled with frozen trees, some dying, some already dead and with a lot of lands frozen over. Jia Lin walked for a few minutes next to an hour but didn't saw anyone coming to check out the strange happenings inside the forest.
"Maybe this is a regular thing to happen inside here" Jia Lin continued to walk on for another few minutes before suddenly stopping in front of a frozen two-headed wolf with pure black fur.
"you again" he murmured. The aura of the wolf was weak and slowly fading away, the yin Qi energy inside the ice was slowly eating away at its life force. If it stayed in the block of ice for any longer, it was sure to die. Jia Lin stood there looking at the wolf for a short while before expanding his hand forward, he then gripped his fist and released on earth shattering punch towards the block of ice that was trapping the world inside.
'Boom'
The block of ice which was trapping the two-headed wolf shook but didn't shatter, the only thing that could be seen on the surface of the block of ice was numerous c***k marks. It could be seen how powerful this block of ice which was made out of yin Qi really was, the punch that Jia Lin sent out, contained ninth five percent of his power and that was a lot.
"That block of ice is so strong, what in the world, I've never seen such strong yin energy before" shock was written all over Jia Lin's face, the block of ice was really dense and also releasing yin energy as well.
"Hmp"
A snort could be heard coming from the inside of Jia Lin's mind, this snort didn't surprise him in the least, because he knew where it was coming from. The blue pearl inside his Qi Realm released a pale blue light that shot out of Jia Lin's eyes, the light wasn't strong nor did it contain any powerful aura.
"What are you doing" shouted Jia Lin inside his heart, when he did, there wasn't any response coming from the blue pearl, the light just endlessly continued to shot out of his eyes, when it did, Jia Lin could suddenly feel that his strength was somewhat getting much stronger and growing even more brutal than before.
Feeling the sudden boasts in power, Jia Lin's mind was a buzz. Never before in his two lives had he seen something such as this before, the sudden increase in power was tremendous and brutal to the point where he could feel his meridians swelling up with power. The pure Qi of heaven and earth raged inside his veins, transforming into pure yin Qi energy. His two arms swelled with bulging veins,
"This is the art of bless, created by my Nilfin Empire to give our users a temporary boost in power. But how much power can the user handle his up to one's self"
Jia Lin's mind was filled with roaring sounds as the pressure inside his veins continues to rise at an alarming rate. Both his arms were the biggest parts of his body, the pale light that was shining out of eyes died down and fade away, as it did, Jia Lin could feel a power that was so tyrannical and frightening that his heart almost stopped beating.
"Such power, the yin energy is even more concentrated than before as well" he murmured while looking at both his arm while also feeling the brutality of the yin Qi energy that was coursing through his veins.
"How long will this temporary boost in strength last for,"
Jia Lin asked with an excited look on his face. One could see that he was really amazed by this art of bless by the Nilfin Empire, the yin Qi energy in the air swirled around his body, releasing a freezing Qi that was so strong, it could freeze a person whole.
"It will only last for ten minutes, so in that time, anything that you have to do, do it and do it fast," said the blue pearl, sounding annoyed by his question "ten minutes huh, that's all the time I need"
A brutal and heart-stopping look flashed in Jia Lin's eyes as he eyed the wolf that was stuck inside the block of ice, his army was heavy and felt like they weigh hundreds of pounds. As he raised his hand, the yin Qi energy in the atmosphere raged as if it was going mad, the block of ice before his eyes trembled and the ground beneath Jia Lin's feet suddenly started to freeze. The yin energy that was within his meridians all rushed towards his fists, the air around his body then started to turn very chilly and bone breaking.
'HAAAA'
Jia Lin punched out towards the block of ice, the ground trembled and the air froze, the block of ice that was trapping the two-headed wolf shook frantically. His fists descended on the surface of the block of ice, the instant that they made contact with the block of ice, it froze even more. But then suddenly it started to shatter and broke apart, the wolf's body shook, on the verge of also freezing and breaking apart as well, one could see how brutal the attack, yin Qi energy and strength of Jia Lin was.
"Quickly, freeze the wolf's body so that it won't die,"
Said the blue pearl coolly, the minute it's voice sounded out, Jia Lin's hand moved with the speed of lightning. His hand landed on the wolf's body as he channeled yin Qi into the wolf, instantly freezing it along with its life force. After a few minutes, Jia Lin paused while looking at the frozen wolf
"Wait why am I saving it's life anyways, after all, it tried to kill me earlier" when the blue pearl within Jia Lin's Qi Realm suppresses the freezing yin Qi energy that was in the atmosphere on the night a the yin Qi energy rise.
Jin Lin gained in abilities but as soon as he exited the Mystic forest, he was attacked by this two-headed wolf.
"Lord Jia, this wolf is not a normal profound beast as you think it is"
"Though weak, I can still sense the bloodline of the Dragon wolf in its veins," said the blue pearl coolly, after listening for a while Jia Lin asked with a complicated gaze,
"Dragon wolf, I've never heard of a dragon world before"
The two-headed wolf was frozen by Jia Lin's yin Qi and its life or death was in his hand as well.
"The Legendary Dragon Wolf was a godly profound beast that dominated the land of heavens furious beats. It was their king, their Lord, it's powers were unmatched under heaven but it fell due to some unknown events. The Bloodline of the Dragon Wolf King was then lost for thousands of years but now though not that strong of a bloodline is frozen before you're every eye, if you can get this wolf under your control, a good aid in battle you will have indeed"
