Why……………… Jackie’s POV: This i***t! This 6 foot 3 inch i***t! His milk chocolate skin, burning green eyes, salted hair that flies just past his shoulders, and the smell of caramel drizzled apples. His almost perfect smile;minus the one tooth in the front with a slight crooked turn. If you didn’t look close enough you didn’t even notice it. I did. Why did I? How was this happening now? Why couldn’t I keep my eyes off him? How did I see his muscles through his shirt?! Why does he have on gray sweatpants? Does he know what you can see in them pants! “Who are you and why are you here?” I demanded from this dark and mysterious stranger. “Well, hello to you to. Name is ALPHA Ralph.” He smirked. “Who are you to question me?” Arrogant ass! I thought! Just another asshole thinking he can talk however he feels. “I am none of your concern Alpha,” I shot back, “I was trying to rid the earth of him.” “You realize this is a raked wolf from your own pack? You know what trouble and s**t you could start? Do you have a brain in there?” He snapped at me. Doesn’t he see I no longer care? Doesn’t he have better things to do? Rolling my eyes, “Oh, you thought I would care?” Chuckling, “No one cares anymore here. You might wanna check the pack you came rushing in on. You know you stumbled in on half moon, right?” Ralph glares at me, “You think I don’t know where I am? You think I’m incompetent? Lost? And once again.. What’s your name? I don’t like asking more than once!” “You can’t command me! Your not my Alpha, but so you will shut up my name is Esmeralda. I rolled my eyes at him. “That’s Gamma Greg, and now thanks to you he running off like the coward he is.” “Why don’t you help me find the Alpha?” Alpha Ralph softly asked. “Now you want my help? Fine! Come on.” I glared. Hopefully this Alpha won’t say anything to Alpha Jon about Greg. Please just help me through this moon goddess. Please! Alpha Ralph had me get into his sleek midnight blue Lexus. It was quite comfortable and his smell surrounded me like a warm blanket that I couldn’t shake off. Alpha Ralph didn’t ask where to go. But we soon pulled up to the pack house and I looked at him dumbfounded. I was tricked. Great! Just great! I put my head down. “Head up little bear.” Calvin cooed. “Little bear, is not my name!” I snapped. “I already told you what is was.” I quickly opened the door hearing a musical symphony as he laughed in the car. Alpha Ralph slowly climbed out of the Lexus. “What a pleasant surprise! You not only come see the pack but also find the omega that I been looking for to get your room ready!” Alpha Chris bellowed. “The hell I did! She isn’t going to get s**t but her belongings! She is gonna leave with me.” He boomed as he glanced at Chris. “Alpha Christopher, I am sure you wouldn’t treat my future Luna anyway but with the upmost respect.” Sweat was pouring off Alpha Chris’s body. I never seen his dirty blond hair look as bad as it did then. His brown eyes looked petrified. He was probably only 5’ 10” on the best day. “I didn’t know. I didn’t mean anything!” He stuttered profusely. “Yet you didn’t ask even after watching her claim down out the truck. Use your brain Christopher! Alpha.” Shunned Ralph. “Some people.” “How long are you staying with Esmay here? I’m sure she will make a great Luna. She knows nothing and is worthless.” Chris muttered under his breath. “My love, you have an hour to get your things. I would rather not sleep or eat in this half ass pack. Is that enough time? How far is your living quarters from here?” Alpha Ralph sweetly asked. Is i***t for real? Well let’s get this show started. Chris your in real s**t now. I snickered. “Darling. I can pack in less than 10 minutes. Let me show you where I stay.” I played along. All Chris’s blood was quickly drained from his face. Smirking I walk past Alpha Chris and lead Ralph past the pack house towards the garden shed in the back of the pack house. “This is a shed. Esmeralda quit playing around.” He stated a bit irritated. I pushed the door open and sighed, “This is where I stay. I hope a small plastic bag is ok. I don’t have anything else to put my stuff in.” I stammered ashamed. I could feel his aura change in an instant. I was almost scared, but not for me. For the innocent ones that might get it along with all those that deserved whatever wrath that was about to be unleashed. “How much do you want to take? Is there anything you don’t want to leave here? I can buy you everything new. You don’t need to take anything from this shack. There isn’t even a bathroom!” Ralph boomed. “I would like to bring the 3 outfits I own, my hairbrush, the jewelry my Grammy gave to me before she left this world, and Micheal.” I said defeated. Fighting to hold in any tears so they wouldn’t fall. “Who the hell is Micheal? Your lover?” In a fit of jealousy he assumed. “You have a small plastic bag and this is all your possessions? Wait until I meet this Micheal.” Boy is he gonna be surprised! “Mikey! Micheal! Mikey!!! Come here!! Come on!” I hooted out the door. Soon a small ball of fuzz came bounding in like a hurricane. “Mikey, meet Ralph, Alpha, Micheal. Hope your not too jealous.” “Micheal! Mikey is a dog!” Alpha Ralph shook his head. “I’m ready to fight, and you bring a fluff of fur that might weigh 3 pounds.. one with a haircut!” Mikey barked and growled! He was as impressed by Alpha Ralph as I was. “You know what they say about assume?! Ass out of U and Me!” I laughed at him. Serves him right for assuming I was a fast girl. “I found him 2 weeks ago walking back from the bookstore. He needed me. He won’t make it alone. He is my only stipulation on leaving this glamorous life.” “Too easy! I don’t think he would leave without you.” Ralph teased. “Now I believe we have a few things to settle before we leave here.” “Not really. I’ll miss Amanda, Christina, Liz, and Brandi. Four people out of 500! Let’s go!” I quickly said. I could see Alpha Chris pacing and wringing his hands together as he was waiting for Alpha Ralph to return. Luna Claire was trying her best to calm him walking with him. “We are in so much s**t! So much!” I heard him mutter. “More than some! I should bury this entire pack and burn this pathetic place to the ground! Luckily for you my LUNA wouldn’t allow it! Have Christina, Kayla, Liz, and Brandi ready to join my pack in the morning. My Beta Jimmy, Gamma Rocky, and Delta Sue will be here in the morning to get them. I hope they have more than 3 damn outfits!” Calvin screamed. “You think I’m giving you 4 more omegas?!” Alpha Chris asked. “Have them ready or be prepared to be challenged for you pack! You have 20 seconds to decide.” He fired back. “They will be ready.” Alpha Chris replied completely careless with his smart tone. “Esmeralda are you sure I can’t burn this hellhole down?” Alpha Ralph slickly asked. “Not worth it baby cakes!” I gushed holding back my laugh. Alpha Ralph stammered. “Honeysuckle are you ready?” Honeysuckle? You wanna play Alpha? “Can’t wait chocolate cream pie.” I replied sweetly. “Take care Christopher, Claire.” “It is LUNA CLAIRE to you! How dare you speak to me and Chris like this after all we have given and done for you!” Screeched Claire. “Shhhhh! Shut up! Shut up!” Chris tried to hush Claire. “What you gave and did for her? Did? Gave?” Ralph was ready to explode. Esmeralda quickly grabbed his hand and pulled him to the truck.
