Chapter 34: Lavi is a Daredevil!

The next day after coming back from Vacation. Lavi make an announcement in the Royal Castle. Meaning that Everyone in Shireno go there to listen.

'And I just realize this. But Shireno Kingdom only have 1 City. And it's Shireno. Because of the safety of Shireno Capital is making everyone live here.'

Lavi thought. It's easy for him to give them the information. All the citizens is waiting outside the Gate. Lavi can be seen from outside the Gate.

"Good Morning everyone. This is Lavi Shireno Amidis. I have an announcement to make... I. Lavi Shireno Amidis. Have take Elli Shireno Laridis as my Fiancee."

Lavi said. Everyone was shocked by that fact. Lavi immediately manipulate all the information.

"First! The reason is because, My Sister have become traumatize because of her Former Fiancee. She didn't want anyone to become her Fiancee. So I have taken her to my own hand."

Lavi said. Elli was right beside him.

'Ho... Nice lie right there Lavi.'

Nick thought. His Family is pretty confident that Lavi Confidence will force everyone to agree.

"And as Savage as that might Sound. I can't let Elli not get married. So, I hope everyone understand what I'm trying to say."

Lavi said. Everyone just clapped at Lavi.

"Now. You guys are alright with that right?"

Immediately everyone screamed.

"Yes!"

It seems like they didn't really care what's happening with the Royal Family now. They just supporting Lavi, Their prince to get to the goal he wanted. And Lavi appreciate that.

'Aura Read.'

Lavi use his Aura read and nothing Red come out. Lavi smiled and said.

"Everyone. Thank you for Supporting me. I promise I will definitely Unite the world when It's my time to be the king."

"Good Luck!"

Everyone said. Lavi clap his hand really loudly and everyone dispersed. Lavi and Elli go back to the castle and everyone there clap their hands. Nick immediately said.

"Nice information Manipulation Lavi. You didn't even need to use your Brainwashing Magic to them."

"Yup. Fortunately, My Loud and Confidence voice is enough to keep everyone on my side."

"Haha. I know! Good job Son. Now, You can marry Elli without anyone getting on the way."

"Thanks Dad."

Lavi said. Lavi hug Nick and pat Nick right on the shoulder. Nick felt the pain and pat Lavi back. Elli hug Nick and then they move to Hailey. She pat Lavi on the back of the head and compliments him on his skills on Manipulating.

"That's great Lavi. As the Royal Family. Information Manipulation is one of the key skill to master. I give you 1000 Score for that!"

"HO! Thank you Mom! Are you proud of me?!"

Hailey smiled to Lavi.

"Obviously. Now, Go with Elli to your house."

"Yes!"

Lavi and Elli hold hands together. The maid was still weirded out by Lavi and Elli new relationship. But they decided not to ask anything about it because, Lavi already give Elli an Engagement Ring. If anyone decided to piss Lavi off regarding Elli. He will. Schwing schwing.

Anyway. Lavi go back to his house with Elli. Aoi and Zora immediately greeted them.

"Welcome back Master. Madam. Everyone is waiting for you for breakfast."

"Thank you."

Lavi and Elli said. They put their coat off and go to the Dining Room. Lavi and Elli sat down on their chair.

"Oh. The Daredevil is here."

Riri said. Lavi immediately look at her.

"Excuse me Pretty? Daredevil?"

"Thank you. Yes! Daredevil. You just reveal that you and Elli are engaged right? It's a really ballsy move. So that's why I call you Daredevil."

"I see... Well, Everyone didn't have problem with it. So that's fine."

Lavi said. Elli nodded. Gwen immediately asked.

"What did you say to them?"

"Well, I say that Elli was traumatized by her old Fiancee and she didn't want to get close to any men."

"I see... That's a bold lie that you say. But a nice one. You did a great job Lavi."

"Thank you Gwen."

Lavi said. They finish their breakfast and then. Bianca said.

"Lavi. Where's Bianca book?"

"Ah right! sorry Bianca. Lavi forgotten about that."

Lavi said with a smile. He take the skill book from his Storage Magic and give it to Bianca. Bianca immediately put it back to her Storage Magic.

Lavi look at Nazuna who's calmly eating her food. And then, She said.

"What Lavi?"

"You... Don't want to talk?"

"Not now. I have a pretty bad stomachache..."

"Really? Are you fine?"

"Yeah... It just feel like my Stomach is bulging..."

Lavi was quite worried. Lavi look at Gwen.

"I've healed her already. But it keep going. I don't know why."

Lavi gulped.

"Y-You said it was bulging right? Since when did you feel that?"

"I don't know... Ever since we go back from Vacation?"

Lavi get a bad feeling.

"T-There's no chance that you are p-pregnant right?"

Lavi asked. Everyone burst. They were just drinking and they burst it out to the table. They look at Nazuna. Nazuna feel her stomach and said.

"Unfortunately no... I would like to be pregnant but, I'm not pregnant. So you can all calm your horses! I think it just... You know... Woman stuff..."

"Ah I see... You don't need to tell me that you are in your period..."

"Well, I'm glad that I did. Everyone reaction is interesting."

Turns out, Nazuna was teasing everyone. That teasing is so bad that Lavi can feel his heart rate is increasing. He thought that Nazuna is really pregnant.

If that the case he was worried that Someone else might be and he will blame Gwen barrier for it. Lavi look at Gwen and  Gwen nodded.

"Exactly Lavi. I was in shock if I realize that your stuff managed to pierce my Barrier."

"Whuuh... I'm glad it's nothing serious... Well Nazuna, Get rest okay?"

"I know. I always get it every month. You don't need to feel worried Lavi."

"Thank god..."

Lavi finish his drink and go to the Bathroom to clean his sweats. That really scared the living s**t out of him. He almost piss himself when realizing that.

He look at the mirror and brush himself with soap and shampoo. He was covered with foam. From hair to toe. Lavi clean it with water and then get into the Bath. Bianca come in and she clean herself as well. And then, Everyone come in. Aoi and Zora clean each other and they get inside the bath with everyone else. They didn't have any problem whatsoever.

Lavi lean back and look at the ceiling. As usual. Lavi let out a natural 'aaaa' and everyone is talking to each other. Leaving Lavi bored as hell.

Lavi stood up and everyone look at him.

"Hm? You're done already?"

Elli asked. Lavi nodded.

"I need to go somewhere."

"I see.. Take care."

Lavi leave the bath. He immediately wear his clothes and use his stealth.

"Wow. He's really in a rush huh."

They said. Lavi get out of the house and get out of the Royal Family area. Unfortunately for Lavi. In Shireno, There's no Guild. So he can't really go to Guild.

But he go outside of the wall. The Guard greeted him.

"What bring you here today Your Highness?"

"Oh, I'm just enhancing our Defensive wall by putting this magic stones."

Lavi said. They look at the Magic stones and they didn't understand what that do. Lavi climb the wall from the Guard Post and he greet the People on the Tower.

"Your Highness! What bring you here?"

"I want to plant this."

Lavi said. They look at the Magic stones. Lavi give them and they immediately recognize it.

"This is Invulnerable Fortress? You want to put it in the Wall your Highness?"

"Yes. How much do of that stone you think this Wall needed?"

"Hm... 100?"

"Got you."

Lavi immediately take something out from his Storage magic. He take 99 Magic Stones out. He put it down and immediately said.

"Divide this with your subordinate. And this is the bonus for you guys."

Lavi give them 2 Royal Platinum Coin. They kneeled and said.

"Thank you Your Highness... We will definitely use this to strengthened our defensive wall."

"Yeah. Great work! I will come back tomorrow to check on the wall progress and I will give you guys another thing to add to the wall."

Lavi said. They nodded. Lavi jump down from the wall down. The Guards on the bottom was shocked by Lavi. But they realize that it's Lavi. They kneeled and Lavi said.

"Good work you lot."

"Thank you!"

Lavi go around the city. In Shireno, The Building is pretty close to each other. There's a lot of alleyway that go to the Underground sewer system. Obviously, It's quite dangerous because it's dirty.

And for Lavi. It's just another task to bring everyone happiness. Plant a lot of 'Clean' Magic Stones in the Sewer. It will automatically clean the water, and everything inside. Meaning that there's nothing growing in the Underground Sewer.

"I need to provide everyone with Clean water. After all, They always pay their Water Bill."

Lavi thought. He go to the Castle area again. He go inside one of the building there. He open the door and immediately type some code in. The door open and it give him a direct access to the center of the Sewers.

Lavi go down and there's a lot of dirty stuff in there. Lavi didn't feel anything seeing any of that stuff. Normal People would've vomited just coming inside. Lavi immediately plant around 100 Clean Magic Stones to keep the Sewers clean. Even if there's some food scraps or any nasty stuff go inside the water. The water will clean itself. Not only the Water. The whole Sewer System is already clean just from Lavi planting all the magic stones.

'I didn't ask Father if I'm able to do this but, I hope he is proud of me when I did this.'

Lavi thought. After the whole Sewers System is clean. Lavi come out and look at the Clock.

"It's 12 AM Already? I work quite hard today huh."

Lavi muttered. He go back to his house clean and nice. He change into his pajamas and everyone is sleeping. Including Aoi and Zora who sleep on the same floor as Lavi and the other.

Lavi get to bed and wake up 8 hours later. Everyone didn't wake him or do anything to him which is quite weird for Lavi.

He was expecting that they will stay and kiss him or something but no. They didn't. Lavi come back down and see that they're talking on the Living room.

Aoi immediately greeted Lavi.

"Master. Eat your Breakfast please."

"Hm? Okay."

Lavi immediately sat down and eat his breakfast. After he finishes. He look at the Living room and notices that everyone is left. Lavi look at the Basement and they're not here. Lavi look to the attic. They're not there. Lavi look at the bedroom and they're not here.

Lavi go out and stopped for a bit.

'What the f**k is happening with everyone? Where did they go?'

Lavi thought. But then he thought.

'Ah well. I have something to do anyway.'

Lavi get a little bit of sunlight before it finally vanished. Lavi still not talk to Nick about the changes he made. He go back to the Guard Pose and ask them.

"Is everything done?"

"Your Highness! Good Morning! Yes!"

"Good Morning. Good job. Keep up the good work."

"Thank you!"

They smiled to Lavi. Lavi jumped down again. They're not even shocked by Lavi. Lavi look at the Gate. It's a big Wooden Gate with Metal covering it.

"Hey... Did you guys ever think that 'It's hard to know someone coming because there's no gap to see through?'"

Lavi asked. They nodded.

"Yes Your Highness... We're quite troubled to know if something is coming because there's no gap to see through. We need to wait from everyone up top to give us their call and then we can open it."

"I see... That's fine for now. Keep up the good work. I will discuss about this with my Father."

"Yes. We will wait for the results."

They kneeled and Lavi left. He go to the Conference room and see Nick and Hailey there. It seems like they're just finished talking about finance.

"Oh Lavi. Good Morning."

"Morning Dad. Mom."

Lavi sat down on one of the chairs. The Maid immediately put the Meeting card up and close the door.

"So, What bring you here today?"

Nick said. Lavi sighed.

"Dad... You don't want to see me?"

"Of course I want. But this is still working hour."

"Right... Well. I come to discuss about some things I done Yesterday."

"Go on."

Lavi immediately clear his throat. Hailey was quite interested in what Lavi have done.

"So Yesterday. I visited the Wall. I give them 100 of my Personal Magic Stones Imbued with Invulnerable Fortress to further improve our Defensive Wall."

Nick and Hailey nodded.

"That's... A really good Job Lavi. We never think that we can apply that to our big wall..."

"Thank you. I think it's a great Idea to improve the defensive wall so that the Citizen didn't need to worry about monster attack because they can't burst through the Wall."

Nick and Hailey nodded.

"And secondly. I've planted 100 Magic Stones Imbued with Clean in the Sewers. So now, The Whole Sewers is clean and the water is drinkable."

"R-Really?!"

Nick and Hailey was shocked by that. Lavi nodded.

"Yes. If you guys are still scared of it. I can plant Purification there. Should I do that?"

"It would be better if you do that so that we can really clean the water there. You see, We're afraid that we will have a shortage of water supply in Shireno."

"Well, You don't need to worry because first. I've done that. And secondly. There's snow everywhere..."

"Well... It's true but, Snow is not really a great thing to drink everyday."

Lavi chuckled hearing Nick.

"Anyway Dad. That's what I do Yesterday. I have some changes that I want to make in the Gate."

Hailey see that the Girls are coming. They've been ignoring Lavi. So Hailey immediately go out.

"Excuse me okay? Dear. Tell me what Lavi say later."

"Of course."

Hailey go out and immediately inform everyone that's Lavi is in there and he's working with Nick. Everyone immediately go back to the Living room in the Castle.

"What changes do you want to make in the Gate?"

"You see. In Hollis Kingdom. They're using a Metal Gate. And that Specific Gate is a Retractable Gate. The way you open it, It need to go up to the top. You know, That type of gate."

Lavi said. Nick nodded.

"You want to make a gate like that?"

"Yes. It made it easier for the Guard to see through it because there's a lot of Gap there."

"But, If you leave a lot of Gap. It means small monster can come in."

Nick said. He raises a good point. But Lavi definitely have think that through. Since he have a big idea on how he want the Kingdom to be in term of Safety.

"That's where this Idea come in. We can trigger some sort of Electric Shock to something that try to go inside the Capital."

Nick once again was amazed by Lavi Imagination. That sort of mechanics can only be used by Lavi because of his knowledge of skills.

"I see. Well then Lavi. I will agree on your Idea. Let's go design the gate on the local forgery."

"Okay!"

Lavi and Nick stand up.

"But first. Let's go to the Sewers. I want you to plant Purify Magic Stones."

"Oh right. Let's go."

Lavi and Nick go the long route. They go away from the Living Room because the girls are there. The reason why they didn't want to meet Lavi yet is because. Tomorrow is quite a special day for Lavi. And they want to prepare a surprise for him.

Lavi didn't know what day tomorrow is because he always get lost in his own thought.

Lavi and Nick reach the building. Nick put the code in. And instantly. The door open. And no foul smell come from there.

"Wow Lavi... It's really clean and pristine... I never see the Sewer this clean..."

"Thank you Dad. Anyway, I will plant one Purify Magic Stones in the Center of all the Water."

"Please."

Lavi was so confident that the water is clean that he jump into the water without any shoes. Lavi plant one Purify stone and instantly. It become even cleaner.

Lavi take out a cup and fill the cup up and put it back inside his storage.

"We will go back to the Laboratory to see that."

Nick said. Lavi nodded. It's going to be the first time that Lavi visit the Laboratory. He want to know what they were doing in there. They go out of the Building.

"Dad. What does the Laboratory do beside checking the water?"

"Well, You know that we have a really nice tree and crops that can survive this insane climates?"

"Yes. Are they the one making that?"

"Yes. They are researching everything there."

Lavi nodded. Now he understand how important the Laboratory are for Shireno.

Shireno was divided into 4 District. Farming District in the north West. And the North East is Industry. Meaning that Forgery, Laboratory, Hospital anything like that is in that area. And Then South west and east is Citizen District. And then the last district is the North District. It's where the Royal Castle located.

Lavi and Nick go to the Industry District and they arrived at the biggest forgery that mass produced weapons and armors for the Knights.

"Your Majesty and The Prince. What can we do for you?"

Nick look at Lavi.

"So, I have this really ambitious project in my mind. Can I have some paper to show you guys what I envisioned?"

Lavi asked. The head of the Forge look at Lavi and saw the great imagination that Lavi have. He immediately bring Lavi a stack of paper. They go to the table and Lavi immediately take the pencil.

"So! Here's what I envisioned. A retractable gate. The model is like this."

Lavi immediately draw 4 line horizontally and 4 line vertically. The head immediately get what Lavi trying to do.

"But your Highness. That will leave too big of a gap. Should we do 8?"

"Right. I think 8 Is better. Rather than 4 big one."

"Yeah."

Lavi immediately draw a new one and now there's 8 line horizontally and 8 vertically. Lavi draw how thick he want the gate to be. And he also designed what it look like one by one. There's 8 holes in each pillar.

"There's 16 Pillar in total. And 8 Holes each pillar. Totaling in 64 Holes. And that 64 Holes, I will plant an Electrocute Magic Stones. So that anything that try to get inside will die immediately."

Lavi said. The head was amazed by how detailed Lavi want it to be. He immediately bring a big chunk of metal and immediately change the form.

'Oh? He have a similar ability like Mari. Nice...'

Lavi thought. He was deciding if he want to bring Mari to Shireno.

'Maybe I should talk to her about that.'

Lavi thought. The first prototype is done. Lavi look at the thickness and it's perfect.

"Yeah. This is quite good. If possible, Do it with this Material."

Lavi decided to throw out a bunch of big chunk of White Mithril. Everyone was shocked by that. Including Nick.

"L-Lavi... You do know that White Mithril is expensive? We can't really afford it that much..."

Nick said. Lavi immediately said.

"Everything will be done with my own material. It's not Royal Project. It's MY project. What I want is the people inside the wall to felt as comfortable as they can. They don't need to worry about anything getting in and attacking them. That's my goal."

Everyone hear Lavi. They clapped their hand and Nick pat Lavi back.

"Then. Arima. I leave that to you."

Nick said.

"Yes your Majesty. Your Highness! We will definitely help you achieve that!"

"Thank you Arima."

Lavi smiled. They immediately get to working. Lavi and Nick go out of the Forge and Nick said.

"Good job Lavi... Do you want to become the king now? I will give you the title?"

"No dad... Let me get married first okay? And then you can step down."

"Haha... Fine. I can't wait what you're going to bring to the Kingdom in the future Lavi."

"You can expect some great stuff Dad. I have so many improvement that I can bring."

Nick kiss Lavi cheek and pat him on the head.

"That's my son..."

Lavi nodded and they go back to the Castle.
