Miranda was born a princess. The Golden Wolf Pack was her home, her father was Alpha Brian, and her future was set in gold.

Until Ace came.

Ace was nobody. An illegitimate son with blood on his hands. The son of the woman who murdered Miranda’s mother, Luna. The night he took her crown, he also took everything she loved.

Five years later, Miranda is a servant in her own pack. Broken. Powerless. Forgotten.

Then fate ruins her life again by marking her as Ace’s fated mate.

The cruel, cold, possessive heir who stole her throne now claims the Moon Goddess wants them together. Miranda would rather die.

But secrets don’t stay buried.

Miranda discovers a truth that shatters her world: Alpha Brian isn’t her father.

Her real father is Alpha Derrick of The Blossom Pack. The enemy. The man who knew she was his and left her to rot in a rival pack anyway.

Now two Alphas are at war over her.

Alpha Derrick wants his daughter back.

Alpha Brian refuses to let her go.

And Ace? Ace wants her in his bed and on his throne.

Ace’s mother hates her. The pack hates her.

But Ace looks at Miranda like she’s the only thing he’s ever wanted.

He took her place.

His mother took her mother.

The Moon Goddess says forgive.

Miranda says: I want revenge.

Will Miranda claim her power and burn both packs to the ground?

Or will she fall for the enemy who destroyed her life?

My name is Miranda. I’m 17. Daughter of Alpha Brian of the Golden Wolf Pack. My mum died not long ago. And she left me to face the world alone. My dad? He doesn’t care about me. Yes, he doesn’t. He only cares about his future heir. Sometimes he acts like he does care Sometimes it’s like I don’t even exist. Honestly, I don’t even know what to believe anymore. My mum was the Luna of the Golden Wolf Pack. She ruled beside the Alpha for many years. But in all those years, she couldn’t give him a son. People mocked her behind her back. Called her a "barren wolf" who couldn’t give birth to a son. There was pressure too. From the Queen Mother. My grandmother, who had always wanted a male child as the heir to Golden Wolf pack. My father was tired of my mother, but he pretended he wasn’t. On the surface, he acted like he didn’t care. But deep down, he wanted a son. A seer once said my mum wasn’t destined to have a male child in this life. The Queen mother, I hate her more. She kept pestering my dad to take a second wife. Someone who could give him an heir to continue the Alpha bloodline. For some reason, he never did. Maybe because he loved my mum. Or so I thought. Until a lady came. Claiming she had a grown-up son for him. And he accepted her. Accepted her son. No questions. No investigation. People weren’t even surprised. They said my dad was a womanizer before he became Alpha. And the timing was perfect. The Queen Mother had just been pressuring him for an heir. But according to my mum, He cheated on her while they were already married. The lady was just a maid. I still don’t know what my dad was thinking. So many maidens envied my mum’s position. They couldn’t wait to kick her off her throne. Then my mum got sick. A disease only the Moon Goddess knew about. The doctor said she wouldn't live long. She died. But she didn’t die from the disease. She died after hearing something she never thought possible. She died after finding out her husband had an illegitimate child. The boy was my age. Which meant my dad cheated not long after they got married. My mum was never a weakling. She wouldn’t die just because her husband betrayed her. I think there was more to it. But there was nothing I could do. --- “Miranda! Miranda!” A voice shouted from outside my room. Of course I knew that voice. The lady who caused my mother’s death. Why was she calling me? She was shouting my name like I was a servant. What gave her that right? Curious, I walked out of my room. And there she was. Standing at my door like she owned the place. Wearing an angry expression that only made her look uglier. Compared to my mum, she wasn’t even close. I don’t even understand what my dad saw in her, to cheat on my mum in the first place.
