I ran deep into the woods to escape from the hands of the demons, the demons who were now werewolves drank the blood of the werewolves and took our powers through death chains. Being their slave was hell. Trapped in the woods, there was no escape, my uncle would leave no stone unturned to fulfill the prophecy, I felt Iike changing to my favorite form once the full moon appeared, it was the only form I could use to explore the woods, the big forest, I remembered those days where we would anxiously wait for the new moon so we could play and watch the game played by the human villagers who live in the forest, but now am 22, I was no longer a child that could play around, werewolves are strictly haunted for by the human clans and demons who were now wolfing they have been very mean to us in the past years, I lost my parents at age 14, a lot happened at that age, it was like a cursed age, I lost everything bit by bit. The woods still had its peculiar smell, It was my home, my only home, but here I am, being trapped in my own home. “It's the full moon already, let's watch her change”. “Bastards” I muttered. “You better cooperate with us or else these death chains will suck out your powers and you know what will happen to you next, according to the prophecy, with these death chains and under the full moon your powers will be transferred if you restrain yourself not to change, you will die to remember” He sternly said with bloodshed eyes. “You are one of us why be part of the demons, who wiped all our clans”. “Your father betrayed me, they all did”. “It's time master”. Looking up at the sky it was already full moon, I didn't restrain my power, this evil man helped the demons to wipe out our clans “The demons” drank the blood of wolves and took our powers so they became like us but much stronger than our clans except my dad and I who was dead. I even heard demons are now wolfed because they invaded the wolf's kingdom and took their powers”. “Stop spewing nonsense Simeon, it’s a myth, let's take her home”. “Mom I think we might regret this cause she might put us in danger you know how the quest for werewolfs is”. “You know I don't believe that humans can be wolves, I have seen wolves in the woods when I was little, but those were animals created by God”. “ Mom believe it or leave it, they are real”. ******** I woke up with my head spinning and feeling very dizzy, my surroundings were really strange, the bed was cozy, and the room was decorated with pink paintings and beautiful flowers, I had never seen a room as beautiful as this, I had always lived deep in the woods in a shabby hut, Still in admiration of the room, a lady walked in dressed in a purple silky gown and smiling brightly, she was carrying a tray of food and medicine I guess. “Oh! Dear what a lovely name” “Thanks, ma,” I said blushing. “So Gariel, tell me about your background, your family, why did we find you naked and unconscious in the woods”. “Well I lost my family at a young age, and I was found in the woods because my uncle wants me dead, he wiped away my family and now he wants me dead, We lived in the woods, and my uncle and his cohorts wiped our village our entire clan”. “That was terrible dear, I never knew a village existed in the woods, it sounds strange Gariel, but anyways you are now part of our family, I don't have a daughter so you could be a daughter and stay with us, I have a son though he's wild, adventurous, but he's nice, understanding and cute”. “Thanks so much, ma for taking me in, thanks a bunch for your kind gesture”. ******* The big chandelier showed brightly on the ceiling and I looked in awe staring at all the beautiful things before me, why didn't we settle close to the humans so we could experience these things they had, it was too dangerous to live close to the humans we settled in the woods a distant place unknown to the outside world, it was invisible to humans, but now my family and everyone in my clan was all dead apart from my uncle and me, but if there was still werewolves in the world it would be the demons imposing as werewolves. “I presume you are aghast with your new home” A calm and alluring voice spoke behind me, turning around to look at him, I was in a daze, his physique was so alluring, and his shoulder was the perfect broad shoulder I wanted in a man, he was damn handsome. “Hey, why are you mute? Are you surprised at what you are seeing? Well I guess am too handsome then the house is too beautiful” He said proudly. “I must confess that's true”. “Oh!
