Taming a Alpha Female

Intoxicating scent and my missing child

I finish up my bath and get ready it is now barely 5:30. My mind keeps racing back to what he told me 'don't trust her'. His words repeating over and over in my mind. But then I remembered something, I was curious, I merely thought it was my brother sent on her but that would smell stronger especially if they were mated. Meaning he had marked her. and why did she always follow my rules she knew about us and most humans don't it's just the rare ones that we take under our wing or in our case flank.

I can always detect under that massive amount of perfume the slight hint of wolf. My curiosity getting the better of me and me still in my bathrobe sitting on my bed I summon Anna Marie. Now I did this for two reasons.... the first is Anna Maria is my beta and also my second most skilled fighter and last thing a close friend. Anna Maria's here within five minutes after mind linking her.

"Alpha" she says after knocking and entering my room slightly bowing her head.

"Anna!" I get up and hug her.

"Missi!" she called me by the nickname she gave me and hugs me back.

"Anna, I need you to do me a favor," I tell her.

"What do you have in mind?" I love that about her no questions asked always ready to help and always knows I am up to something. I filled her in on the details and then she goes to fill the bath water as I summon my brother.

"Sister," I hear my brother call from the door.

"Summon that woman of yours, and then I want you to wait downstairs." I tell him, he attempts to argue with me but I shut him down quickly. "My territory and what I say goes!" I growl at him my wolf attempting to come out.

A few minutes later she comes into my room. "Alpha, why did you summon me?" she asking innocently.

I smile sweetly " I have asked you a hundred times not to wear that cheap perfume especially when you come to my house." I say walking towards her and with each step I take she takes a step back heading towards the bathroom coincidentally or should I say not so coincidentally there is a bath full of water.

"Would you like to tell me if you're hiding anything?" I asked she is now no more than a few inches away from the tub.

"I am hiding nothing Alpha," she says.

"Really now? Then would you like to explain to me why under all that perfume I can still smell a slight hint of wolf." with the word wolf I push her in and she screams. When she comes up for air

I can smell her clearly now it hits me dead center the clear smell of wolf.

I was just about to reach for her neck when I hear my brother howl. A howl I know all too well. Soon I hear my brother running up the stairs. Within minutes my brother burst through the door. A loud growl escaping his throat, his wolf was ready to emerge. His eyes wander to her and then land on me.

"You hurt mate!" his wolf growls.

I burst out laughing, oh the irony was too much. I could not help but laugh. "So it seems my brother can save you after all," I say. "Fine instead of me killing you for deceiving me I will give you a chance to explain why you did it why hide your scent knowing your mate would not be able to know you are his?" I asked. (Just in case anyone is wondering scent is the main way we wolves identify our mates. Each scent is unique. Their scent is intoxicating.)

"A child," she whispers so low I barely catch it.

"What child, tell me now!" no matter how many times I hear it I can't stop myself from hoping.

She flinched. But began talking......

"A-alittle over a year ago I was doing freelance work for another pack, when I cought wind of a child that was taken during a supposed rouge attack," she started. "They were going to ransom the child. I managed to infiltrate the pack and take the child away. A few weeks passed and I heard the entire pack was killed, not even the children were spared. I knew then that it was because of the child. I soon realized that the child I was caring for was no ordinary but the child of a Alpha female. No others could kill a entire pack and be that ruthless unless it was for their child. Not even Luna's or Alpha Males go that far. I also realized I needed to return the child to its mother." She looked at me.

"But the big problem was there are a total of 6 Alpha females around the world. So I began my search until I found you. But I couldn't be sure you were his mother. So I did what I had too and the rest is history," she finshed.

"You have until I finish work and this tournament to bring the child here," I inform her as I glanced at my clock it's already 6:30. I dismiss everybody and begin to finish getting ready.
