“If you are both ready then you can start.” The teacher said as he walks out of the platform. “Teacher, aren’t you the one that brought him to the headmaster’s office that day?” the teacher responsible turns and nod his head. “Yes, I was the one but I don’t know what happened after that thought. The headmaster told me to leave and so I did.”

               “Between them, who do you think will win?” with the growing interest of people in Kris started, they are also starting to get curious as to how strong he really is. “I don’t know. The thing about Kris Grindall is that he is unpredictable. You don’t know what he is planning to do and it will be revealed to you when it hits you in the face. You have seen what he can do, the way he use the spells to his advantage shows his mastery of some things that his peers are not even aware of.” Mephisto says with a bored tone. “I don’t actually know his opponent very well but I am sure that Kris will not give him a free win.” He added.

               With the people trying to measure both of their strengths and who would win the match that cant be said for certain, all they are sure of is that the fight will be interesting. “Well, don’t mind if I do.” Duke immediately used his family’s specialty. “Flaming wheel!” Duke swings his arms and release a wheel covered with flames which is immediately evaded by Kris using a wall that made it look like a ramp and sent the flaming wheel in the air.

               “Just as expected of the Graine family, they are experts at using fire spells.” Kris praise him but a grin appears on his face, instantly telling Duke that he has something in mind. “I should praise you for being able to deflect my attack like that. It seem like you are good at running away.” He responded but Kris is even more enthusiastic about the match.

               Notice: Spell creation complete. The spell ‘Complete Counter’ has been created, do you want to use it? Complete counter will completely nullify a spell with a certain element and use the opposite element to nullify the spell.

               [Hahaha! Now that’s the system for you. I did not even ask it to create a spell and now it even created a spell that will counter elements. If this is cheating, I don’t know. But what I surely know is that I will wipe those bastards on the floor with this.]

               Kris continues to smile as Duke prepares his next attack. “Lets see you smile with this. Fire bullets.” Duke points his fingers and produce flaming balls flying directly towards Kris.

               Do you want to use Complete counter?        

               Kris denied the system and tells it to postpone the use of the spell that it just created and wants to take on his opponent’s attack at the moment. [I will use it later to bring his demise. This is still too early. Still too early to make him realize that he has no chance against me.]

               With that in mind, Kris continues to block and deflect Duke’s attacks. Seeing that his attacks do not do anything. He change his tactics and tries to attack Kris with another type of spell.

               “Earthquake.” The platform shook as the floor starts to rumble as if it there was a monster resting below them that want to be freed. “That’s nice.” Kris continues to smile and fills the cracks on the floor with sand from his spells. “Creation: sand, fill the void.” Duke grit his teeth when the cracks on the floor no longer resemble cracks when Kris filled it with sand and furthermore, his flames actually burns the sands and solidifies it. “You are starting to get on my nerves.” Duke said to Kris who is surprised that he is only getting on his nerves now.

               “What? I thought I was on your nerves the moment you saw me. Guess I was wrong.” Kris said with an innocent smile on his face. “That’s enough games Duke, its time to take this seriously.” He said to himself when he saw Kresha looking at him with disappointment. “Last flame.” The world around them start to brighten as he invoke those words. Kris looks around and sees that the spell is familiar and praise duke for it. “That’s a great spell. It attacks the enemy inside the domain right? That’s a strong spell that is not even considered forbidden.” Kris says with the ever disappearing smile. “Will you still smile after this?” Duke ask when flames attack Kris out of nowhere but luckily Kris is able to move out of the way before the fire hits him. “Lets see, if you are going to use that spell then how will you take care of this?”

               “He will surely be defeated this time. Once he is inside that spell, he will not get out of there alive.” Kresha said as Kris releases a ‘Doppelganger’ “What will he do with that?” he added. But the others were just staring at the arena. [Are they so concerned that they did not hear me?] she thought to herself but then the smile on her face disappears when the group are actually smiling as well.

               “Now- I guess Duke is in big trouble. I can’t even control two Doppelgangers at the same time but that guy is different. I wonder how many doppelgangers will he be able to produce this time?” James asked his friends. “Don’t ask me. I’m dumb enough to have trouble controlling one. I don’t want to think about the last time he controlled nine.” Ophir is the first one to respond to James.

               “Guess it will be doubled this time huh?” Flora asked and the others actually agreed to her. “Eighteen excluding himself. I just hope that his head would not explode.” Kresha then turns to the arena and saw the number of Doppelgangers standing before Duke. [Impossible. Even the greatest of minds are able to control four and three but he- he is actually going to control eighteen?!] the eyes of the spectators widen as they witness Kris unleash his army of Doppelgangers before Duke who is alone.

               [With his mana being doubled last month. It will take a few spells for all of them to actually use all his mana reserves but even that will going to be a problem with that spell on that guy’s hand. There is no win in this match, Duke is doomed to be defeated.] James said to himself and then turns to the utterly shocked Kresha. [How is that? Still think you are the strongest?] he added as he smiles like he is the victor.

               “This is impossible. How can you control that many doppelgangers?” Duke mutters as he lost his hope in ever winning the match. “I don’t, they just have a mind of their own.” The original Kris responded but Duke can’t actually tell if it was the real him since they all look alike and sound alike. Then all of the sudden a doppelganger walks in front and ask, “Where is that bastard that blow me up earlier. I still have a beef with him.”

               “It even has a personality of his own?!” everyone was blown off when they heard the doppelganger. “That is utterly impossible, I have not seen a doppelganger with personality and mind of its own. At this rate, that student can also be considered as an awakened.” A hero said after seeing how things flow. “You picked quite a talented kid my prince. I don’t think there are people that are able to control that much doppelganger at one.” The employee said to the prince who is chuckling.

               “Hahaha! That kid is really interesting. He likes to make people drop their jaw in shock!” the employee could not help but smile at the prince who seems to be delighted of what is happening. “That kid, now I really want him badly.” Clarence whisper to himself after seeing how Kris is truly capable of.

               “That much doppelganger and can still think properly, that student is a monster.” One of the teachers mutters after seeing that many doppelgangers sanding in the middle of the platform. “That is basically gangbang by a single person. Let’s just hope that Duke doesn’t suffer too many grave injuries.” One of the teachers added as the answer to their question before the match started has been revealed before them.
