Protected Infirmation

“What in the world just happened? Why is Kresha not doing anything?!” Duke exclaims after seeing that Kresha is on a standstill and seem to be in pain. “That is only natural for someone without mana to be in pain. Especially when she is suffering from mana deficiency right now.” Sarah told him. [It seems like Duke is already tilted so bad. For him to be like this after seeing how Kresha gets defeated so easily. The leader will surely want him even more after defeating Kresha.] she thinks to herself as her heart beats fast in fear that this will give them another scolding later on.                “I guess that is the end of the match teacher, she doesn’t look like she is in any shape to continue.” Kris said as he walks out of the platform with an indifferent face. “The winner is Kris Grindall!” the teacher then announce as the medical team immediately gives her a mana potion to keep her from experiencing pain. “Look at that guy, beating people in the higher classes like a boss.” The head doctor says trying to hide his grin from everyone.                              Mephisto then leaves immediately to fetch Kresha and interrogate her in her involvement with the Black Hands. “What will you do to her Mr. Mephisto?” upon hearing Clarence’s question, Mephisto turns to him. “Interrogate her. That is the only thing that I will do. Do you have anything else in mind?” he ask but his fellow teacher stayed silent and then proceeds to fetch Kresha.                              [This is bad, what if she spills everything? No- he is a person that doesn’t take chances. He must have used a spell on them to keep the information out. And they don’t know much about the organization since they don’t really have a rank right now. I think we are fine.] he thinks to himself but he is not entirely sure if Rubic prepared a safety precaution for such incidents where the information about their organization is at risk of being collected and used against them.                              “Oh, hello there Mr. Mephisto. What brings you here?” the head doctor ask after seeing Mephisto walking towards them. “I need her for interrogation.” The head doctor could immediately tell by the look on his face that it is very important. “Is it about what happened earlier? I knew you were going to come here but I have already made my assistant nurse look into it and it looks like the one responsible for that seal used a spell to keep them from spilling any information.” The prince said as he opens the way for Mephisto so that he can check it for himself.                              [If the prince says it himself then it surely is true but I need to make sure, maybe I know what kind of spell Rubic used and hopefully bypass it.] Mephisto leans down and touch Kresha’s head in hopes that he can extract any kind of information but then met a wall that blocks any form of interrogation from the outside. [It was true. There is a wall that blocks everything. It really is Rubic, he is the only one that is this cautious.] Mephisto close his eyes and then stands up and confirm the prince’s information.                              “It really is protected  and it is something that I will not be able to bypass unless I do something that would harm her and quite possible kill her.” Mephisto mutters as they both shake their heads in dismay. “We might need to interrogate her using the conventional methods that we know. Please make sure to bring her to full recovery my prince. We need her information about the others.” He whispers into the prince’s ears and then bows his head gently and is about to do something when the doctor stops him from continuing.                              “That is enough Mr. Mephisto, we don’t want to blow my cover here don’t we? And there is a lot of people here. They might see you if you continue that gesture.” The doctor whispered back. Mephisto recognize his mistake and apologize. “That will not happen again, pleas forgive me.” After the brief exchange, he left after making sure that the prince will take care of everything from now.                              The competition continues and Kris’ class dominates every match they are thrown in and emerge victorious. Making their way to the lists of the nobles that would want to have audience with them. “Now for the last match of the individual category!”                               The entire arena is brought to life as the last match of the category has come. “And the last match for today is between Kris Grindall and Edmond Grail! Two students that are standing on top of their respective classes will be going head to head against each other! These two representatives will talk it out in the stage with their skills! Are we going to see a match between two anti-magic spell!?”                                 It hyped everyone after remembering that the two are in possession of two anti-magic spells that the world has forgotten and everyone is excited to see who will rise above the two as the known users of anti-magic spells in the entire student body. This is going to be an exciting match, Edmond is really excited in fighting Kris and it looks like he is given the chance by the teacher.” Ophir said with an excited tone.                              “We all know that so there is no need to tell us about that kind of detail.” James added with a cold tone but Ophir disregards it and proceeds to cheer for the two. “You better not disappoint us, you idiots!” Flora and Johannes looks at Ophir with conflicting expressions. “Whose side is he one actually?” Johannes wonders to himself. “He is on neither side, Ophir is just being Ophir. He calls tem idiots but in reality he is the bigger i***t here. Talk about an idiot.” Flora mutters to herself trying to answer what Johannes is thinking.                              “I’m really glad that this day had come. You don’t know how long I have waited for this day to come. I am going to kick your a*s so you better not let me down after all the things you made me do.” Edmond says with a smile as he immediately takes out his anti-magic sword that he had used in his past matches. “I saw this coming. I want to fight you as well after seeing that anti-magic blade of yours. Forgotten spell versus forgotten spell. This is a nice match.” Kris acknowledges Edmond as his rival after seeing how he has grown strong even without the help of other people just like himself and admire his hard work. “Hard work beats talent.” He mutters to himself as he also read his anti-magic spell.
