They experienced what felt like a desert. The road and paths they took were basically a replica of hell for Jimin, maybe a subtle version of it. The weather was incredibly hot.
"My parents are working in the field, so make yourself at home. I'll prepare tea for us and you can go to my room first." Eunrae pointed her finger to the stairs, which meant her bedroom was on the second floor.
Jimin nodded and proceeded to her room, climbing the wooden staircases, hands trailing along the slightly dusted handrails.
Once he was finally up, his eyes peered around to the rather small and cozy space. Her house wasn't much compared to his, but jimin already liked her house better than his own—it has that calming atmosphere that his house didn't have. Momentarily, he forgot the fact that he just went through hell, his surroundings gave him chilly sensation.
He saw a banner 'eunrae!' hung on one of the doors. Just like what he was told to, he entered the room and was fascinated by the small yet clean room.
A mixture of lavender and honey like fragrance went inside his nostrils. A few cactus pots were placed on the window sill—in a row—white curtains were floating freely in the air.
On the left side of the window was her study table, with a vase of lavender flowers placed at the right corner of the table beside a photo frame. Everything in her room was made with woods and dominated in lavender colour.
Jimin stood in front of a mini bookshelf, peering the books which mostly were about plants and agriculture. Just by taking a brief tour to her room, it's already confirmed and without a doubt, she was certainly in love with any kind of plants, especially flowers.
"Jimin! I made us chamomile tea. Ah, what are you doing?" She asked as she went to Jimin's side, who was still could not shift his eyes from the books.
Jimin folded his hands and placed on the back of his waist. "You are deeply in love with plants, aren't you?" He smiled to himself.
Hearing that, Eunrae nodded in excitement. "I do, Jimin! A lot! So much! Especially flowers. They're really pretty and meaningful," Eunrae gleefully gave her answer.
Jimin chuckled at her cuteness. He found it really cute when she talked about the things she loved—how her eyes shone.
"House of Flowers," he murmured.
Eunrae scratched her head. "Uh, what do you mean?"
He looked over his shoulder—to where she was standing. "That's a title or more like a nickname that I gave you. Because you love flowers that much." And you're like a combination of all flowers; beautiful and meaningful.
