Matt's POV
It was the night I would rescue Diara from the clutches of Alpha Kennis. Finally, we could reunite. I looked at the picture of her I kept in my wallet as I got into the jeep. I had told my beta that I was going fishing and would be away the entire weekend.
Entering the Night Moon Pack was easy because the person who let us in was Eliot's man, Casper. Casper was calm but deadly, with a casual smile. It appeared that Casper and Ella were meeting for the first time; her expression betrayed surprise when she saw he worked for Eliot. But the former ignored her and spoke only to me.
"Let's go," he said. I left my jeep and got in his black sports car. Ella entered the car too.
Ella was complaining about how weak she felt. One of the lycans had drained her strength. We reached the
