Chapter FourThe electrifying flash of s****l, auto-induced giddiness I just felt a whole two minutes ago quickly fades back into nonexistence with the turn into my work complex. Spinning the volume knob to a non-obnoxious level, I’m annoyed that I have to part ways with my fantasy world and crash land into my work life. I’ve been a part of big pharma for almost as long as I can remember, and I could probably find my parking space blindfolded while driving in reverse. They’re not assigned, I’m just a creature of habit and choose to park in the same space over, and over, and over again.
