Riley woke up in his bed, recuperating from his unconscious state. Still confused, he looked around and saw his siblings and stepfather seated around him on his bed. They looked worried, aflutter at the devastating state he was in.
"Are you feeling alright?". His stepfather asked him, worriedly. Riley looked at him for a moment before attempting to sit up straight on his bed but, he was still weak, unable to move a muscle.
"What happened to me?". Riley asked nervously. His head ached so badly, it felt like he had been hit on the head with a brick.
