Charles Grey was shaking hands with Colin when I came into the foyer. He was such a handsome man. It was as if time never touched him. He hugged me. "I'm so sorry, Miss Spencer."
I returned his embrace. "Please call me Paige."
He seemed pleased. "Then you must call me Charlie."
I surveyed his handsome frame and decided, "Charlie is perfect for you."
I offered, "Would you like breakfast? The caterers have prepared a meal for us and to be honest, I'm starving. Maybe we could sneak in a bite before other folks start to arrive?"
