Chapter 02: Found Mate

"It's time, brother."
Nicholas knew what his brother meant to say. It's been one week since they arrived in the human world. They are the next generation of Primordial Werewolves, he is with his four brothers to find his mate.
"I know. I just don't know where I can find her," said Nicholas to his brother Liro, his Beta.
"But Mother only gave you a little time to find that girl," added his brother.
Their mother only gave him two weeks to look for his mate. During those two weeks, even though he had not found his mate, Nicholas had to return to the pack house immediately.
Why does a primordial have to suffer in this way? If the first Primordial race hadn't been greedy for power, maybe by this time Nicholas would have been with his mate.
"Knight wants to come back. He's hurt because he just saw his future mate kissing another guy." Nicholas was suddenly worried about his third brother.
"Where is he?" he immediately asked Liro
"Leave, I'm sure he'll go to the bar. Don't worry because I've already sent him to the twins."
I think it was a wrong decision that Nicholas took his brother Knight with him. He knows what is happening now with his brother and his mate. They met at a young age, but the girl was involved in an accident. One year has already passed but the woman still did not remember anything. Nicholas was worried about his brother but there was nothing they could do, they had to wait for the girl to come at the right age.
"Knight's condition will be fine soon," his wolf Zura comforted him.
"I know, I'm just worried about my brother."
"He has to wait one more year," Liro suddenly said
Nicholas didn't say anything, he just silently stared into the void and until now he was thinking about how he could help his brother. Primordial Werewolves are different from the other kinds of werewolves, a wolf like them can suffer from pain after they meet their mate, even though they still do not mark them as a Primordial Werewolves' mate.
"He has to overcome this. This is one of the moon goddess' challenges to him," said Nicholas.
"Your right. How about you brother? You've been looking for her for a week, the next eclipse is coming."
This is another of Nicholas' problems, the eclipse. He needs to have his Luna before the eclipse, otherwise, he may die. Nicholas doesn't want his life to end that way, he wants to do more as the Alpha of the Primordial Werewolves. So here he is now in the human world, looking for his mate.
After a few seconds, there was silence between Nicholas and Liro. Nicholas thought about how to find his mate while Liro went back to cleaning the motorcycle they use in this world.
After a while, Liro suddenly stood up because his cell phone made a noise. His brother went away to answer the call but after a while, Liro was already walking towards Nicholas's location.
"We have to follow them. The twins can't stop Knight," said Liro.
Nicholas stood up and immediately approached his motorcycle, he got on it and drove towards the bar where their three brothers were. After a few minutes of driving, Nicholas and Liro stopped in front of a bar. The two brothers went down and entered it, Nicholas' eyes immediately searched and saw them in the dark part of the bar.
"I've seen them," Nicholas told Liro. Nicholas walked towards the location of their three siblings while Liro followed him.
"He's already wasted, Nicholas," said one of the twins as they approached them.
"Wake him up. We're going home," Nicholas ordered his siblings.
The three immediately took action while Nicholas looked around the bar. Nicholas rarely went to this kind of place every time they went to this world, because Nicholas didn't like the smell of the mixture of cigarette smoke and alcohol. He was forced to join his brothers in going to this place.
"Hey Knight, you need to wake up," he could hear his brothers waking Knight up.
Nicholas touch his forehead and approached his siblings. Knight seems to have had a lot to drink so the three are having a hard time waking him up.
"Just pick him up, we need to leave this place immediately." The twins immediately took action and carried Knight out of the bar while Nicholas and Liro were left behind.
"Let's go," Liro said and patted him on the shoulder.
He was about to follow his brother when he smelled an addictive scent. It was a mixture of lavender and strawberry, Nicholas didn't know where it came from but it was making him lose his senses.
Liro stopped walking when he noticed that Nicholas was not able to follow him. He approached his brother curiously. "Hey, are you alright?" Liro asked him.
"Liro.... that scent—" Nicholas didn't finish what he was going to say when he felt Zura awakened. His wolf started acting weird because of that scent.
"Nicholas, find the owner of that scent," Zura talked to him through the mind link.
"Zura why?"
"SHE IS MATE...WE FOUND MATE."
Because of what Zura said, Nicholas suddenly became alert in his surroundings. He was restless, his eyes searched for the person who owned that scent but he couldn't find her in the crowd. Zura was also restless, Nicholas felt that Zura is starting to control him but he needs to stop his wolf.
"The f**k Zura! calm down. You can't control me this time, this is not our world," Nicholas reminded Zura. He tried to calm Zura down.
"I can't. We need to find mate."
Until his attention went to a woman who was going up on the stage. She has white skin, sexy body, and wavy hair.
Before seeing the woman's face, his heart was starting to beat fast. Until the woman faced the audience and Nicholas couldn't move from where he was standing. Their eyes met and he knew his eyes were starting to turn red.
That girl... that girl that is looking at Nicholas right now is his mate. He finally found his mate.
