"CAN I take you home?" Sharpay whispered.
I have panicked a bit because I thought that some members talked to me while I was preparing my things. The dance practice was already done and I was fixing my things so that I can go home.
"Oh, you surprised me," I said to her, relieved. I thought one of the club members recognized me.
"Sorry. Can we go home together?" she asked once again.
"Uhm... Maybe next time, Shar. I need to go somewhere after this. You go home first, okay?" I told her. I was done packing my things.
"I see..." she said, still standing in front of me.”Priya, can I ask you something?"
Sharpay is really used in calling me by my first name. People usually call me Lily but Sharpay prefers my first name.
