I watched the students coming and going. Some still glanced my way, while others seemed used to my presence. I had never stayed at a school this long. Three days used to be my limit. But now, why do I even want to stay?
Rich doesn't call me as much anymore, especially since he knows I'm at school. Even Daddy and Mommy seem pleased with the changes in me. They sent me messages on my social media account, something they never used to do.
"Are you busy or avoiding me?" Lowella asked on the phone.
"Wella, I'm just really busy. I need to follow Rich. You know he's coming home in a week. I really need to get back to studying," I explained.
