Chapter Thirty-Three
Elenora POV I was floating in darkness. My senses were completely cut off. I couldn’t see anything. I couldn’t’ hear anything. I couldn’t feel anything. Was I dead? Leviathan POV It had been two weeks since the attack. Elenora was being kept alive by machines. The doctor didn’t know if she would ever wake up. I have sat by her side, without moving besides bathroom breaks, since she got out of surgery. Chandra tried to convince me to go see Arthur, but I couldn’t. I couldn’t leave Ele. Arthur’s been in the NICU. He was getting stronger every day and was going to make a full recovery. I know I will have to be there for him when he is discharged from the hospital, but for now I need to be here for Ele. She isn’t getting better. Her vitals never change.
