THE LOVE IN ME

Eve POV “ you are so full of yourself eve how can you just insult him like that, he only wanted you to have a date with him” Ella shouted at me “ I think you should apologize to him” she suggested. Too bad I don’t even feel guilty of what I said to him so there’s no need for me to say sorry I thought “Eve I am talking to you” Ella shouted again. “ if you don’t like the way I treated him, then when next you see him say sorry, not me” I replied “And are you angry with me,you know that i don’t like this boyfriend thing and you try get me to talk to him why would you do that” I asked in anger “ I was going to say sorry too but still you shouldn’t have insulted him that way” Ella protested . She was right though but I didn’t want to admit it so I kept quiet. Actually this was what happened, I was sitting reading my book when Ella walked in and told me that someone was waiting for me outside, I wasn’t expecting any body I wondered who could that be so I went out to see who it was, to my surprise it was the same guy who I refused to enter his car the other day he offered, to be honest he was good looking and charming too bad I can’t be charmed with his looks so what brought him here ,and how did he know I was here. “ good morning what can I do for you” I greeted “Good morning I wanted to talk to you” he replied I know you want to talk to me so that’s why I came out“what can I do for you” I asked “ say what you want, and please make it fast I am really busy” I said rudely “I wanted to ask you out for a dinner with me so we could talk more” he replied straight not wanting to waste my time but he just did, “I am so sorry,but if the person that directed you here didn’t tell you that i don’t have time for talks like this then, that person hates you, and if you don’t mind I have something more important do.” I said and went inside leaving him speechless.where was I oh Ella , “are you even listening” she shouted yet again “Ok you know what you can stay here and think of a way to say sorry, but I am going to get some books” I said and left the house. What?was he expecting for me to jump in joy that he wants to take me out for dinner,like I haven’t had dinner since I was born? No way I don’t need to feel remorseful for what I sad to him. Firstly this is how I meant him,I was coming out of the gate of one of my client and by client I mean one particular woman who always asked me to do some design for her as I am a designer actually a student for now cause I will soon be graduating,that’s by the way,and this boy drove from no where and started following me,I thought he was a kidnapper so I added to steps,the street was not too close to the road,to my disappointment the car drove and block my way,what was I thinking? that I could run faster than a Ferrari damn those thought “Hey I was horning for you to slow down,why the rush?”the guy asked calmly really is he asking me why the rush “Well mister,am sorry IF I offended you in anyway,but if I didn’t then can you move your car out of my way cause I need to be at some where right now”I said as politely as I could,cause I know he won’t stop talking “Okay then let me give you a ride”he offered nicely and him been nice doesn’t go down well with me “Well mister if you don’t mind,my legs can carry me,and I can get a taxi also,I am trying to be nice right now,which is not my thing,so don’t even say another word and drive off or better still go look for some other girl”I said and walked out. I never expect him to come to my hostel and start looking for me,because any guy I talked rudely with never think of giving me a second look,so did I not show enough rudeness or is he dumb not to notice,that’s why I spare him no chance but I i give him the insults of his life,and I was satisfied with his looks when i closed the door at his face.
