Erina's Curse (ENGLISH VERSION)

Chapter 15.2

What he said made us both smile. We talked about things (nonsense) while we were eating and when my break was almost over, I kiss him goodbye. I went out first because he still needs to fix the containers and our leftovers.

I started recording again after the break. We finished after almost two hours. But I didn’t have the chance to rest because I still have the photoshoot. Together with my team, we drive towards the photoshoot location.

We arrived in what look like a private glade. There were different trees around the place and a manmade lake looks majestic with a beautiful bridge sitting in the middle of the picturesque view. Soft Bermuda grass surrounds the whole place. The old Romanian-style mansion of the owner was also visible from the background. 

The staff were almost finish setting up the lights and the tents that we are about to use. My assistant led me to one of the tents to be glammed up. I wore a sequin backless dress. I wasn't wearing any shoes, but they made me wore an anklet with a butterfly design. My long is curled and down. I did not wear any other accessories because what I’m wearing is already attention catching enough.

My make-up was very light, but I had a little reaction because of the glitters they put on my eyelids. The make-up artist was supposed to remove it already, but Sir Hades arrived, and he did not allow the staff to change the whole look. I just smiled at the makeup artist and told her that it’s fine. I’ll just endure it.

I can almost feel my tears that are about to fall because of the eye reaction. I laid down in the grass while they took pictures of me. They made me pose in different angles and in different locations before the director finally called for a break. 

My assistant was helping me in to changing my outfit when one of the staff came in. She handed me a bouquet of light blue baby's breath flowers. It was arranged in a floral white shear paper and light blue ribbon to tie it all up. I checked the note inside and smiled when I read what's written on it.

Sir Hades entered the dressing area, so I immediately hid the card at the back of my phone case.

This time, they made me wear a white long dress topped with a custom-made rose gold corset. They tied my hair in a messy bun and I also wore a choker as an accessory.

We resume the photoshoot and this time; the location is in the manmade like and bridge. Since the corset was made of pure metal, it was so heavy and tight. 

We were in the middle of the photoshoot when we were forced to stop because the rain suddenly poured. I had time to rest so I decided to sleep in a foldable chair inside the tent.

I woke up when I felt one of the staff tap my leg. My back hurts because of the uncomfortable position but I forced myself to stand up so that all of this would be finished. It was already dark but the equipment was still on set so I think the photoshoot will still proceed.

And I was right, Sir Hades instructed the staff to add lights. I suggested that they should put some fairy lights for the set to look more magical. They agreed to what I said so the fairy lights happen, and it looked like someone was about to propose in this place. Wow.

I changed into a silver long dress with a custom-made haute couture cape. They even put a crystal hairpiece on my head and also around my eyes.

It was almost 12 midnight when finally, the photoshoot was done!

I was escorted back home. I was so tired that after taking a bath, I laid down my bed and immediately fell asleep.

The next few days were a lot more hectic than the photoshoot because I already started having rehearsals. I can’t even find the time to meet Silas. But thank god that he calls me every night because I would miss him terribly if not.

"Are you sure that it would be okay if we don’t bring gifts?”

We were headed to Theia's condo today because she invited us for her mini despedida party. She’ll be going home to New York the day after tomorrow.

"Hon, it’s not a birthday party."

"Okay, fine."

After almost 30 minutes of being stuck in the ridiculous traffic, we arrived in the building where Theia’s condo is.

I went out of the car and straight to Theia’s condo first. Silas will immediately follow. It’s just that, we really don’t want any nosy paparazzi to take a picture of us together.

I knocked twice then Theia was immediately in front of me holding a ladle and wearing a very cute apron.

"You can sit here. Feel at home."

She asked me to sit in the living room, but I did not oblige and instead, I followed her in the kitchen.

"I’ll just keep you company here. I don’t want to be alone in your big living room,” I said while pouting. She just laughed at me and called me a coward then continued her cooking.

Theia was frying some chicken and I was setting up the table when Silas arrived. He brought some beers and even finger foods.

"f**k! You're cooking?"

He looked so shock when he saw Theia frying something in the kitchen. I suddenly remembered that Theia suck in cooking. That explains the look of fear and disgust in Silas’ face.

"Isn’t obvious? What? You think I’m washing clothes here or something? Stupid jerk.”

Theia sarcastically replied which made me laughed hard.

"Hon, will you still be able to laugh like that if we experience food poisoning later?”  

He said with a serious face which made me stop. I can’t afford to be hospitalized! I have music video shoots and stuff!

"You know what? You’re really meant for each other," Theia pointed at us with her ladle. "You both suck," she pouted which made us all laughed.

We heard the door opened and there we saw Dustin holding boxes of Domino’s Pizza.

"Don't worry my friends! I'm here to save the day from Theia's terrible cooking!"

He shouted which made us laugh again except Theia who look like she’s about to murder Dustin with her bare hands.

"Fun fact, the founder of Domino's Pizza met his wife on his first pizza delivery," I said while Silas is helping Dustin set up the food in the table.

"Who cares?" Dustin said.

"Read it somewhere, duh!"

This is the reason why Silas and Dustin are best of friends. They’re both irritating and mean.

Theia finished cooking so we started eating. Her fried chicken's okay. It’s not as delicious and enticing as the ones they sell in restaurants but its not so bad that it would cause us food poisoning and kill us.  

"See? My fried chicken’s not bad right?"

Theia looked at us with eyes looking for some compliments. I was about to speak because she’s been bullied enough by these two irritating guys, but Dustin spoke first.

"Yes, it’s okay. Okay for people looking to lose weight. This is not edible!”

"f**k you! One more word and I’ll kick you out of this house."

Theia tried to pull Dustin’s hair, but the latter successfully evaded the attack. Theia look so mad that her nose and ears are red.

After eating, we decided to do karaoke since we’re all drinking beer. Theia sang a love song first and the two gents throw her insults again. I was next in line and I decided to sing Bruno Mars’ Versace on the Floor.

When I finished the song, they all stood up and clap their hands like judges from The Voice or something.

"That’s what singing is Theiandra Not like how you did it. You sound like a dying hyena,” Dustin teased her again which made Theia hit him with throw pillows.

When it was Silas and Dustin’s turn already, Theia and I died of laughter. They were singing Baby by Justin Bieber and Silas’ look so pissed that he would punch anyone right now. Who wouldn’t be pissed when Dustin is acting like a flirt touching Silas all over while they were singing. Is he drunk already?

"Hey! Hey! He’s mine!" I jokingly shouted then pull Silas’ arm.

"Excuse me, you are the girlfriend sure but he’s mine at night,” Dustin flirtatiously said then pulled Silas’ other arm.

"Dude you’re so disgusting," Silas said then pushed Dustin aside. We laughed at him because Dustin hit the table when he stumbled after the push.

Days passed by quickly when you’re happy. We were not able to drop Theia to the airport, but we still chat sometimes.

We already announced to the public that I would release my solo music so the countdown for the comeback started. I've been so busy that I almost forgot that its our first monthsarry tomorrow!

I decided to sleep in his condo so I can cook tomorrow for our dinner date in his balcony.

The next day, I left the company earlier than what I usually do because I plan to cook steak for Silas. I already ordered the ingredients online and it’s would probably arrive later.

I started preparing for dinner and I finished everything at 8 pm. I was already bath and dressed but Silas is still not around. I was about to call him when someone covered my eyes from the back. What’s the sense of this when I can easily recognize him by just his smell.

"Hon….."

He helped me sit in the table and chairs that I prepared for our candlelit dinner. When he removed his hands, I immediately look at him in my back, but he just smiled and motioned me to look in front.

I saw his MacBook air in front of me. I looked at him questioning what he wants me to do. I’m quite confused. He instructed me to open it, so I did.

I saw an i********: page of an unknown user. The username was shenrypriv. The cover photo was black, and it has no followers, and it doesn’t follow anyone.

I was so confused until I saw the pictures in the i********: feed.

"That's…...that's me."

They were stolen pictures of me. There’s a picture where I’m sleeping, eating or my mouth’s wide open. There are also good ones where I’m holding a guitar. There were at least 30 pictures of me.

"Having you as my girlfriend is one of the best decisions I've ever made in this lifetime," I looked at him when he spoke.

He was already sitting across me while looking so handsome with the city lights behind him. He held my hand then kissed my knuckles. 

"How I wanted the world to know how lucky I am that you decided to love me, but we both know that that would put us in complicated situations."

He was looking at me with the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen. He closed the laptop in the middle of us then he leaned forward. 

"Love for once, I wanted to make you feel special and normal at the same time. So, I promised that even if the world thinks I'm single, in my heart and in this i********: account, I'm yours."
