She changed her phone number, avoided old friends, and promised herself she would never look back. But some memories refused to disappear. Especially one. Every night at exactly 2:17 a.m., Ariana woke from the same nightmare. A dark hallway. A locked wooden door. And a familiar voice whispering her name. "Ariana..." She always woke before seeing the face behind the door. Until one rainy evening. Ariana returned home from work and found a small black envelope underneath her apartment door.
