Big news...Jonathan and Mark are getting married! I am so excited for them that I'm about ready to burst.
I was really surprised by the sudden announcement because they have always kept their relationship on the down-low, even with our close-knit group, until very recently. I fear that Frank and his dipwad best friend, Rick, might have been the reason for their reluctance to be more open with us. The fear of ridicule can be a powerful incentive to stay quiet, even about something so important. I wish I'd seen earlier what a bully my husband––make that ex-husband––can be.
In any case, it's all going to be out in the open now. I just wish their families were more supportive of the couple. When I asked if their loved ones would be coming down for the wedding, they both clammed up
