seokjin looked around, jungkook can eat but he's not sure if he's going to eat in this room. "is this where you all eat?" seokjin asked. jungkook sat on the corner since there's a sofa there with a small table, the other staff always went out to eat while he always chose to sleep. "all of them are always out to eat..." "and you?" jungkook shrugged his shoulders already I that seokjin can cook. "i prefer sleeping." he mumbled. seokjin clears his throat grabbing the metal chopsticks and handing it to jungkook. the older grabbed the rice and he starts to eat with seokjin just scanning the whole room as if there's something wrong with it. "dont you want to eat?" jungkook asked. the younger just shook his head, "im full." he said. "are you okay with this room?" seokjin snapped his head back at him, "should i tell my brothers to renovate this?" he asked. jungkook looked around. he shook his head and let out a small laugh. "this room is big enough for us, seokjin. you're just not used to it." and that shut seokjin up, actually accepting that jungkook is saying the truth. he's never interested with what goes on behind the employees working under them. all he could think of is nothing but himself. as long as he's comfortable then it's fine. "dont you like me?" jungkook coughed so hard, he clutched onto his chest. his face turning bright red because of choking as he got taken aback by the younger's question. seokjin immediately grabbed the tumbler opening it before handing it to the older, jungkook starts to drink until he's already calm. "yah, jeon jungkook," seokjin slightly slapped the older's arms, "what dont you like about me?" he asked. jungkook put down his the bowl of rice before starting to eat the curry, he really likes it. "you feel entitled to everything." "because i am!" jungkook nods his head, "and that too, you are so full of yourself in a mean way." he said. seokjin shut his eyes closed, he rolled his eyes. he ran his fingers through his hair leaning against the sofa as he stared at the older. "so what? im beautiful." "i know..." "i have a lot of money." "i know..." "i am smart too, jungkook! really smart!" "it shows..." seokjin growled already stomping his feet. he wants jungkook's attention but other than that, he wants to convince him that he really likes him and he's serious about it. "attitude matters to me." jungkook shrugged his shoulders. seokjin's lips tugged downwards as he doesnt have anything to say already. he just watched jungkook closing the lunchboxes as he's already done eating and putting it inside the tote bag right after. "im not that bad." seokjin sighed. "i know..." seokjin lost count as to how many times he actually rolled his eyes. he likes jungkook but he hates everytime he's like this, always shutting him up in an instant. "you're so mean to me, jungkook." seokjin said, his brows raising. "and?" jungkook looked at him, "you're mean to everyone and i cant be mean to you?" jungkook asked as matter of fact. seokjin hissed. he never thought that dealing with jungkook is going to be this hard. "i am mean to them not you!" he exclaimed. jungkook ran his fingers through his hair putting the tote bag close to the younger, "thanks for the food, it's delicious." he said. seokjin crossed his arms. that's it? he worked hard for those food and that's all he ever got? a half-hearted thank you? he's deeply offended. "give me your number..." jungkook raised his brows, he let out a small laugh protruding his lips as he just stared right back at the younger. feisty as ever. before, jungkook really hates how seokjin has always been like this in every situation he is in but now, he doesnt know anymore. he finds it interesting but sometimes still annoying. jungkook just wished that seokjin could be a little bit more considerate towards other people, just a little. it's because jungkook wont ever ask seokjin to change this and that attitude of the younger because if he did change then that's not jung seokjin anymore. "cant you ask more nicely?" jungkook chuckled. he pulled out his phone from his pocket and he was just about to unlock it but the younger immediately snatched it away from him. "not because i like you doesnt mean i'll be nice to you," seokjin texted his number using the older's phone, "here, i'll text you. you have to reply, okay?" he said, his voice threatening. seokjin looked at the time and saw that jungkook's lunchbreak is almost over. "i'll go now, bye, kookie!" seokjin said, smiling so wide towards the older. jungkook couldnt help but to slightly shake his head because of how adorable the younger is. he doesnt know that the spoiled brat who fired him days ago is also the same beautiful man who keeps on seeing him as he believes that he likes him, seokjin is really something. jungkook began to work that day. of course his work is better than the previous jobs that he have before. it is sometimes hard especially while dealing with brats but he can endure it knowing the salary that he have. when he got off work, he opened his phone and saw a message. seokjin: this is me your future boyfriend, that's a statement. seokjin: im going to make that happen for sure! jungkook slightly shook his head, chuckling at what he just read. this is rally far from the seokjin that he first met. jungkook: let's see. he was just about to put his phone back inside his pocket but he already received another message from seokjin. seokjin: your reply is too short! you're so hard to get, jungkook. the older didnt respond anymore as he still needs to meet his bestfriend, it's been a month since he last saw him. jungkook took the bus and as he arrived in his destination, he immediately searched for the address. he's just so lucky that some of the people around the area knows his friend and is actually kind enough to walk him in his house. when he's sure that the finally got the right house, he ring the doorbell for a couple of times and it didnt take a minute for his friend to come out with the biggest smile on his face. "kihyun..." the two hugged each other before finally walking inside. the both of them settled in the dining as kihyun made carbonara for the both of them. "so you're working? where?" kihyun asked. "at trance..." kihyun's eyes widened in surprised as he slowly nods his head in acknowledgment. of course, everybody knows what kind of clothing line trance is. it is already established and well-known, it is famous as a lot of idols are patriotizing the said brand. it is also endorsed by quality models. "i really hope you can go back to university, jungkook." jungkook let out a small smile, he's also hoping for that. education really does matter and he badly wants to finish college. he wants to have a stable job, one that he really likes. "i'll do that. i still have to find those people..." kihyun bit his lower lips. he took in a deep breathe as he put down his fork, he stared right back at his younger friend. "jungkook, i think it would be the best if you'll just stop," kihyun licked his lower lips, "you'll get hurt even more." he said, his tone full of concern. the younger didnt even budge. he stared at kihyun, coldly. the kindness in his heart slowly dissapearing hearing those words. why would he stop? ever since he was young, all he wants to do is to grow up fast tp find the bastards who wronged them. he doesnt even want to make them pay with what they did as he knows that he cant because he doesnt have the means to do so. all he wants to do is ask them why, what the f**k did they do wrong. "no, it's my family we're talking about here..."
