SAPPHIRE’S POV:
“Do you believe in destiny?” I pouted as I rolled yet another lock of Adam’s hair between my fingers as I looked at the tree above us.
“What a strange question is that?” He asked back, looking up at me from my lap.
Yes, Adam and I are sitting under the tree with me resting my back on the trunk of the tree and Asam slept on my lap with his face up in the sky. I can absolutely, do this all day long.
“It just popped in my mind. It's just a random question, answer it.” I smiled, looking at his face.
“I don't know... But I know that you and I are not a puppet of people’s play. You are the strongest person I’ve ever met…” I smiled and looked down at him and gave him a quick kiss on the forehead but yet my lips lingered on his skin for seconds as I felt him moving my hair behind my ears as they fell on his neck.
“You know... I had it yesterday too.”Adam sighed and looked at the basket that was yet to open. As soon as Maya left, Adam and I decided to talk for a while rather than jump on the food directly.
“Let’s have lunch before all of it become cakes.” He moved to get up from my lap and took the lunch out. I shook my head and smiled as I looked at the Menu in front of us. Children caricature and Penne Alla with two big club sandwiches and a few delicious looking cinnamon cupcakes.
“Look everything looks so delicious, Angel. And I'm hungry let's dig in.“ And before I could say the word of protest a tasty taste of Penne Alla Vodka was stuffed in my mouth. And I must say, it is the best one I'm having after Mrs Paul's. It's not like I prefer the alcohol in food but sometimes, it's a good chance of taste.
Wait! Did I say ALCOHOL?!
