It was funny. Aaron was the most serious, to the point, and determined person she knew. In that way, she often thought he would be too stubborn to get sick, yet here he was. They were three days into their trip aboard one of the Royal Naval ships of Rel to Lido, and he spent the entire time hiding away in his room, sea-sick from their adventure. Lilly held back another laugh as she took the tray from one of the ship’s crew members and made her way to his room, hoping to tease him about it. And then she remembered the other day, in the carriage, and froze right outside his door. After acting so awkwardly around him, could she really just waltz in there as nothing happened?
