Chapter 22 REX’S PHONE RANG. IT was early afternoon, and deliveries had been slow. He and Stevie had finished what they were working on, and she went to meet Ted for lunch. Gerry told him he had a pickup from the Benson Law Firm. They were the largest all-female law firm in Buffalo. Their office was in an old mansion further north on Pearl Street from Zippee's office. He arrived at the law firm in eight minutes, and the office was abuzz with activity, but the package wasn't ready. As usual.
