ROSS BRANCASI WAS VERY tall, some would say handsome, with very short brown hair. He spent the next few weeks getting to know Donny Mancini from afar. He knew what time his shift started at Club Midnight. He knew when he visited his father’s bookie joint. He knew when Donny was going on a date. Brancasi also knew how often, and when, Donny would be at the gym, which was at least three times a week.
Brancasi followed Donny to the gym and decided it was time to meet him again. He made sure to get to the gym right before Donny, and parked down the street. He ran to the club so he would be inside right before Donny got there. As Donny walked in Brancasi walked up.
