BICYCLE ADVOCACY RESOURCES for Buffalo, or BARB, was a horrible name they came up with. Since Jim Bellows had quit the group, there was little interest in pedestrian advocacy from the bicycle members.
It was a tedious meeting which couldn't end soon enough for Rex. The group split off into sub-groups as they tried to wrangle with different projects. Only a handful of people had shown up. Those that were there were not getting any work done. Rex was going to end the meeting after an hour when a new member spoke up. Jaime Lynd, who commuted by bike, said he had seen posts on Reddit from a person trashing the group.
