GERRY CORTEZ DECIDED it was time to replace Ted Arnold. They were not through grieving his loss, but even Stevie Johnson was back to work. Gerry placed an ad on Craigslist.

He got tons of resumes. People from all walks of life, all backgrounds, all ages. He decided to hold a movie night and let his other messengers sift through the applicants. That way he could see if there appeared to be any worthy candidates.
